0712 Hrs., Property Damage 5300 block 85th Ave,  Caller reported he observed damages to his vehicle. The caller parked his vehicle overnight and noticed the damages this morning. REPORT WRITTEN
0739 Hrs., Premise Check / Karen Elaine Drive and Fontaine bleu Drive, / all clear no report.
0826 Hrs., Premise Check / 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear no report. 
0906 Hrs., Premise Check 8500 block Annapolis Road / meet with staff members, no issues reported all clear no report. 
1018 Hrs., Premise Check / 8400 block Annapolis Road / New Business, meet with staff members, no issues reported all clear
1040 Hrs., Disorderly 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive, the caller stated her roommate failed to pay rent and other expenses for living in her residence. The caller was advised this is a civil matter and to seek further assistance through the District Courts. No report.    
1200 Hrs., Suspicious unoccupied Vehicle / 6500 block of Jodie Street, Parking enforcement advised a vehicle has been parked in the 6500 block of Jodie Street on public roadway since 05/07/18. The owner was given until the 05/09/18 to remove the vehicle due to it displaying unregistered plates, which expired in 2017.  The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN  
1300 Hrs., Lost Property 8400 block Annapolis Road, The caller reported she lost her wallet while shopping, however; the caller was unable to remember the last known location or the exact place when she last saw her wallet. Officers assisted and canvassed the area with negative results. No report.  
1330 Hrs., Domestic / 7700 block Riverdale Road / No domestic, the caller stated he wanted to retrieve his personal property from his ex-girlfriend’s home. The caller collected all of his property; he was advised to contact the District Court to make arrangement to collect any remaining property. No report.    
1427 Hrs., Family Dispute / 6600 block Chestnut Ave, Caller was upset because her adult daughter invites her boyfriend over to spend the night and she refuses to ask for permission. The caller wanted instructions on how to evict her daughter, and she was advised. No report. 
1452 Hrs., Disorderly / 5900 block Westbrook Terrace, Caller stated he voluntary loaned his vehicle to his friend however, she failed to return the vehicle on the date that was originally agreed upon. The caller stated the incident started in Baltimore County, MD. He was advised to seek further assistance through the District Commissioners Office in that jurisdiction. No report.     
1545 Hrs., Premise Check 5800 block Runford Drive, a citizen complained of people drinking and littering at this location. Officers checked the area and observed no issues. All clear no report.
1616 Hrs., Family Dispute 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive / Upon officer's arrival, the caller stated he no longer required police services because his roommate (problem half) left and the dispute was settled. No report. 
1627 Hrs., Child Custody Dispute / 5800 block 84th Avenue, The caller stated her daughter's baby’s father was at her door requesting to see his child, however; the daughter (mother of the child) and the child were not home at the time and the child's father had already left prior to officers arrival. The caller was instructed to advise her daughter to seek further assistance from the District Court regarding Child Custody. No report.   
1835 HOURS-  MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME. 
1847 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE PARKED IN THE SCHOOL PARKING LOT  AFTER HOURS.  THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPORTED STOLEN, CURRENTLY REGISTERED, AND WAS LEGALLY PARKED ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

2218 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH BOTH INVOLVED PARTIES, WHO WERE UNINJURED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND REFERRED TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR SERVICES. REPORT WRITTEN

2235 HOURS- E.P.S. 5800 BLOCK MENTANA ST.-  JUVENILE MALE SET FIRE TO PAPER IN HIS CLOSET AFTER REMOVING SMOKE DETECTORS FROM THE RESIDENCE.  P.G.F.D., P.G.F.D. FIRE MARSHALL'S, AND SAM800 RESPONDED TO SCENE.  THE JUVENILE WAS DETERMINED TO BE A DANGER TO HIMSELF AND OTHERS AND WAS TRANSPORTED TO CHILDRENS HOSPITAL WHERE HIS PARENTS FILED EMERGENCY PETITION PAPERWORK.  NCPD3 WAS ALSO APPRISED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

0002 HOURS- ALARM- 6400 BLOCK JODIE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE RESIDENCE FOR AN ALARM FROM THE REAR DOOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, WHO STATED THE ALARM ACTIVATED WHEN POWER WAS RESTORED TO THE RESIDENCE AFTER A STORM RELATED OUTAGE.

0154 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- HERITAGE SQUARE-  ALL CLEAR.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
