0710 hrs., Special detail/ Residential check and area check of
the area of Powhatan St, Legation Rd, Topton St, and area up to Carrollton
Elementary School. Officers stopped a white SUV seen in the same area at
about the same time as yesterday, due to the incident from yesterday.
0810 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. /
Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways,
laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
0830 hrs., 7800 Block of
Riverdale Rd/ Traffic stop, stop was cleared without incident.
0900 hrs., Station call/ Female came to the
station asking advise on what she should do because she believes her boyfriend
has inserted an unknown device inside her somewhere. When speaking further
with the female Officers could tell she may possibly have a mental
condition. She was advised and sent on her way.

hrs., Residential check/ 5200-5300 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complain of
suspicious persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of
buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1028 hrs., Robert Frost/ Disorderly kid, Officers arrived on
scene to find the child in question upset but not causing any problems.
He stated he was upset and needed his medication; the nurse was in the process
of getting it ready while we were there. Teachers requested officers in
case the child got out of hand prior to his medicine dispersal. All was
calm when officers cleared.
1035 hrs., 6500 block Jody St/ Notification, Officers received a
call stating to check on the welfare of the female living at this address due
to her mother recently passing away. When Officers arrived they advised
the reason for our presence and at that time the male half (husband) stated
they did not know his mother in law had passed away. He stated the caller
and his wife are sisters and have not spoken in years.
1123 hrs., Robert Frost Elementary School/
Suicidal juvenile, male stated he wanted to die by stabbing himself.
Officers were in contact with the Mother of the child who agreed to go with the
ambulance to Children's Hospital to have the child evaluated and treated.

1210 hrs., 7300 block Longbranch Dr. / Caller stated her 33 year
old son was acting funny. Officers arrived on scene and spoke to the
male, who was outside, and stated he was waiting for a tow truck to arrive but his
mom kept telling him he cannot use the phone. Officers then spoke to the
female who advised her sons car may have been vandalized, but she does not know
where. When officers asked her about her son she just stated that he was
deteriorating but when offered information to call for help she stated she
already did that and it did not help. She refused any further
assistance.
1242 hrs., 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Traffic stop, stop
cleared without incident.
1315 hrs.,
Business check/ Shoppers (Foot Patrol), check clear.
1330 hrs., Shoppers/ Shoplifter, assisted the store manager with
a male that was eating food from the salad bar prior to paying for it.
Shoppers elected not to pursue with charges however the male left the business.
1410 hrs.,
Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
1500 hrs.,
Residential check/ 6200 Block of Lamont Dr. / checked the area for students
coming home from school, check clear.
1545 hrs.,
Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.
1605 hrs., Residential check/ 5200-5300 Block of 85th Ave,
Citizens complain of suspicious persons loitering in the building hallways,
laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
1630 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

block Karen Elaine Dr. / male was naked banging on the door. Officers observed
the male naked and he was immediately taken into custody. The resident was able
to provide his clothing and identification. He was transported to Hyattsville

Person/ 7700 block Arehart Dr. / officers observed two vehicles parked in the
middle of the street. Contact was made both checked negative for warrants. They
