0545 hrs., Domestic / 8300 block Longfellow Street, Husband and Wife involved in a domestic over infidelity issues.  Both refused medical attention, the Wife completed a Lethality Form.  The Husband refused to screen, both parties were advised to seek a Peace/Protective Order through the District Courts and for further assistance.  Both were provided with the contact information for Santé Family Crises and to seek counsel. The husband left for the day.  REPORT WRITTEN

0735 hrs., Premise check / 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

0813 hrs., Lost Property / 5300 block 85th Avenue / Caller stated she lost her social security and green card on 03/16/2018. She was provided with case numbers for this report and advised to contact the U.S.C.I.S and S.S.A replace her lost documents. REPORT WRITTEN 

0910 hrs., Premise check / 8400 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

1128 hrs., Disorderly / 8500 block Annapolis Road / Manager wanted a guest removed from the property. The suspect was gone prior to officer’s arrival. No report. 

1131 hrs., Domestic / 8300 block Verona Drive/ No domestic verified, the caller had a verbal dispute with her ex-boyfriend over the phone who resides in the country of Nigeria. The caller did not require police services and only wanted to inform officers about her phone conversation. No report.

1258 hrs., Premise Check 8100 block Annapolis Road / all clear.      

1421 hrs., Disorderly 8400 block Annapolis road/ Woman, and child panhandling. Officers responded located the mother and child, purchased food for her; she was advised and send on her way. No report.  

1446 hrs., Notification /7300 block Longbranch Drive / Mt. Rainer Police Department requested N.C.P.D assistance to respond to this location to locate a silver Honda CRV and its owner reference an accident. The owner was located and provided with information to contact Mt. Rainer Police Dept. All clear, no report. 

1528 hrs., Assist Motorist / 8400 block of Annapolis Road, Vehicle was disabled in the roadway, flares were deployed for safety. The vehicle was subsequently removed by private towing. No report.

1612 hrs., Premise Check / 8200 block Annapolis Road / all clear 

1637 hrs., Premise Check / 7700 block Riverdale Road / all clear

1717 hrs., Premise Check 8600 block Annapolis Road /all clear. 

1920 HOURS- LOUD MUSIC- 7600 BLOCK FONTAINBLEAU DR- CALLER STATED LOUD MUSIC WAS COMING FROM HER NEIGHBORS RESIDENCE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE NEIGHBOR WHO TURNED THE MUSIC DOWN.

1937 HOURS- VANDALISM- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- CALLER STATED WHILE IN HIS RESIDENCE AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT HAD THROWN A ROCK THROUGH HIS PATIO GLASS DOOR. THE CALLER STATED HE WAS NOT INJURED, AND EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE WAS CONTACTED TO REPAIR THE GLASS. REPORT WRITTEN

2000 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE- CALLER STATED HE WAS IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT WITH ANOTHER PERSON OVER DAMAGE TO HIS PROPERTY. PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL BOTH SUBJECTS WERE GOA.

2117 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD  - ALL CLEAR.

2213 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

2320 HOURS- DOMESTIC DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE - FEMALE CALLER STATED HER CHILD FATHER ASSAULTED HER. UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE FEMALE AND MALE HALF WHO WERE ONLY IN A VERBAL ARGUMENT. THE FEMALE HALF ELECTED TO LEAVE. NO ASSAULT WAS VERIFIED. REPORT WRITTEN

2357 HOURS- ASSAULT- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LISTED LOCATION FOR A MALE SUBJECT LAYING ON THE GROUND. UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS LOCATED A MALE SUBJECT WHO WAS BLEEDING FROM THE MOUTH. FURTHER INVESTIGATION REVEALED THE MALE SUBJECT ASSAULTED A FEMALE CUSTOMER AND ATTEMPTED TO CUT TWO OTHER MALES WITH A BROKEN GLASS BOTTLE. AT THIS TIME OC SPRAY WAS DEPLOYED BY THE T/A SECURITY, CAUSING THE MALE SUBJECT TO RUN OUTSIDE AND FALL TO THE GROUND. THE MALE SUBJECT WAS TREATED ON SCENE BY FIRE & EMS AND TRANSPORTED TO DOC FOR PRESENTATION OF CHARGES. REPORT WRITTEN

0134 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD- ALL CLEAR.

0217 HOURS PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

0301 HOURS PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD- ALL CLEAR.

0420 HOURS PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR- ALL CLEAR.

0515 HOURS-MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0622  Hours -Premise Check-  8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0712  Hours -Premise Check-  8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0822 Hours -Accident- 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both drivers, who claimed no injuries while on the scene. Both vehicle was disabled in the roadway and impounded for safekeeping.
