0700 hrs., Beltway and Rt. 50/ Accident, Another jurisdiction passed the area and observed what they believed was a severe accident and requested units to respond.  Once Officers responded it was discovered the accident occurred over three hours ago and it was accident reconstruction out attempting to reconstruct it.  

0745 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear. 

0820 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0850 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. / Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

0930 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1025 hrs.,  Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building hallways, laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

1120 hrs., 8100 Block of Gavin St/ Assist Code Enforcement, they were requesting Officers to standby and assist in investigating who the owner maybe to the vehicle parked on the street.  Officers assisted Code Enforcement.

1127 hrs., Annapolis Rd and 85th Ave/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1152 hrs., Westbrook Dr. and Lamont Dr. / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1201 hrs., Vicar St and Oliver St/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1230 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square, check clear.

1309 hrs., 8200 block Quentin St/ Check on the welfare, caller stated they observed a vehicle running in the driveway for several hours.  They know an elderly female to live there and they wanted to make sure she was alright.  Officers checked and spoke to the female who just forgot to turn the vehicle off when she took in all her items.

1334 hrs., 7800 blcok Riverdale Rd./ Domestic Dispute, caller stated she and her boyfriend were in a verbal argument that turned physical.  Officers arrived to find the male half was gone so the Officers contacted assistance for the female and filled out the proper Domestic paperwork.  She was advised what action she needed to take. REPORT WRITTEN

1415 hrs., Station call for an individual attempting to get a vehicle release.  The individual did not have all of the proper paperwork to receive the vehicle.

1515 hrs., Annapolis Rd at 85th Ave/ Suspicious Person, two females were stopped for soliciting money from drivers on the roadway.  They were identified, checked, advised, and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN

1630 hrs., Charles Carroll Middle School/ Suspicious Person with bricks, caller stated they observed a male holding two bricks go through the fence.  Officers searched the area with nothing found and no damage to any property was observed.

1715 hrs., 6200 Block of Lamont Dr. / Suspicious Person, caller stated there was a male pulling flowers out of the yard.  Officers were advised it was the homeowner pulling weeds and cleaning their flowerbed.

1720 hrs., 6200 Block of Lamont Dr. / Suspicious Person, caller stated there was a male throwing rocks at vehicles.  Officers conducted a search of the area but were unable to locate the individual.

1725 hrs., Longbranch Dr. and Adrian St/ Officers were called to conduct a domestic standby when the Sheriff's Department called and advised they had a vacate order for the female.  Officers assisted in the serving of the order.

1755 Vandalism to Auto/ 6400 block Lamont Dr. / Hispanic male used a man hole cover to shatter the rear window on the pick-up truck. Officers canvassed the area for the suspect with negative results. REPORT WRITTEN

1831 Fight/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd - male and female fighting with children crying. Spoke with resident, no fight, mother was trying to take the children to the bathroom 

1845 Disorderly/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd - customer smoking in the room. Officers made contact with guest who lit candles in the room. They agreed to vacate versus paying the fee. 

1940 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was clear, no suspicious activity observed 

1949 CDS Complaint/ 5400 block 85th Ave. / male smoking CDS in the laundry room. Male left prior to arrival 

2030 Music Complaint/ 7300 block Gavin St / contact was made and music turned down

2115 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / business as usual 

2144 Vehicle Impound-LPR/ 5900 block Mentana St /vehicle’s tags were suspended with a pick up order. Charlie’s Towing responded and impounded the vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN

2229 Suspicious Vehicle/ 8400 block Cathedral Ave / vehicle’s occupants are leaving trash on the ground. The vehicle was empty and there was no trash on the ground

2345 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / store closing for the evening 

0056 MPS/ 8500 block Carrollton Pkwy / caller advised of a Burglary. No burglary boyfriend left the caller at Red Lobster and she was mad. The male left keys to the residence. REPORT WRITTEN

0130 Party Complaint/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd - guest had a party that was too loud. All occupants were sent on their way

0255 Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd - lot was clear, no suspicious activity observed 

0330 Suspicious Auto/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd - vehicle parked occupied in the parking lot. Driver was tired and didn’t want to chance driving. So he pulled over to take a quick nap

0420 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd / area was clear

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
