laundry rooms, front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.
0810 hrs., Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

Disorderly customers, customers and management called and stated there were two
males sitting in the establishment cursing and being rude. Officers
arrived on scene to find one male still there, but customers stated it was the
one that left prior to our arrival that was disturbing. Management stated
they still did not want the other male in the establishment so he was asked to
leave with no issue.
0920 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine
Dr. / Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in the building

1000 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School,
check clear.
1035 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.
1100 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.
1140 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.
1220 hrs., Station call/ Suspicious activity,
male stated he believes there are people following him around the city and all
the places he goes. He stated they are different people every day but
believes they may be targeting him. Officers asked why they might be
after him and he is not sure. He was advised to call when he sees the
people in the area again so Officers can possibly stop and ascertain what
might be going on. He was advised of other things to do to stop the
action.

hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.
1310 hrs., 7600 block Riverdale Rd/ Theft, caller stated that when
she woke up on Monday morning she noticed her USB drive and access card
missing. She stated she sleeps with those items in her pocket so someone
came in and took them out of her pocket while she was sleeping.
1325 hrs., 8000 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Accident, two vehicles
involved in a minor accident. There was minor damage to both vehicles and
no injuries, Officers exchanged information between both parties.
1415 hrs.,
Business check/ CVS Pharmacy, check clear.
1426 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Theft from an auto, caller
stated that he discovered his work truck was broken into sometime during the
night. The caller however left to go to work all day and called now to
make the report. He stated there were several tools missing from the truck
but he could not give Officers specific makes and models. This will be a
supplement to last night’s incident.
1443 hrs., 6400 block
Fairborn Terrace/ Suspicious Package, caller stated there was a
package on her porch and she did not know who it was from. She stated it
was addressed to her and noticed the package was from Ebay but the Post Office
delivered it. She then looked harder and realized it was something she
ordered. Officers cancelled prior to our arrival.
1544 hrs., 8500 block Madison St/ Vandalism, caller stated their
vehicle was vandalized. Officers arrived on scene and attempted to make
contact but the caller refused to answer the door after several knocks and
Communications also making a call. Officers cleared the call with no
information available.
1605 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, Manager stated there was a young
male in the store causing a scene. When Officers arrived on scene the
male was gone but the manager stated he was attempting to steal candy from the
establishment and they caught him. The juvenile was upset yelled and left
the store.
1622 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Caller stated they
noticed a male going to one of the apartments then get in his vehicle and
leave. Caller believes this was CDS related and wanted us to check it
out. There was also a male in the hallway but when Officers arrived the
male was gone and there were no signs of any other activity going on.
1640 hrs., 7500 Block of Riverdale Rd/ Disabled vehicle, Officers
observed a vehicle stopped in lane 1 with the four ways on. Officers made
several attempts to find the owner, and the owner finally walked up on scene
with a gas can. The owner stated he ran out of gas and went to get some
to move the vehicle; he filled the tank and moved the car.
1705 hrs., 8400 block
Annapolis Rd/ Disorderly, Metro Access driver stated the passenger
yelled at him and now he was short of breath. When Officers arrived on
scene fireboard assisted the driver. Due to it being a medical call no
other issues; Officers cleared the scene.
1828 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. /
unknown neighbor heard a female yelling and fighting inside the apartment.
Officers attempted to make contact with no answer at the door.
1845 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. / area was
clear, no suspicious activity observed
1858 Check Welfare/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd mother wanted
officers to check on her mentally ill nephew sitting in the car. The caller
wanted officers to watch her walk to the car. The nephew was talking
aggressively toward her.
1950 Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / area was
clear
2028 Suspicious
Auto/ 7500 block Good Luck Rd / officer
observed a vehicle parked in the park occupied. The occupants were checked for
warrants, photographed, advised and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN
2130 Fight/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd two males
fighting in the parking lot. Upon arrival, officers observed two males matching
the description talking. There was no fight. The males advised they’re friends
arguing over a girl. While in the process their ride left
