0555 hours Parking complaint 6400 block Fairborn Terrace, all vehicles issued a parking citation. All clear 

0615 Hours Premise Check 8400 block Annapolis Road all clear 

0700 Hours Domestic arrest 5400 block 85th avenue, The victim stated she was involved in a physical altercation with A-1 (her husband) over relationship issues. During the argument, A-1 punch the victim in her mouth causing a laceration. A-1 did not have any injuries; he was placed under arrest and transported to D.O.C. The victim was treated on scene by medical personnel. An L.A.P screen was conducted, however; the victim refused to speak to a counselor. REPORT WRITTEN

0848 hours recovered stolen auto 6400 block Fairborn Terrace, officers responded to a parking complaint of a vehicle abandoned in the roadway. A stolen check through communication revealed the vehicle was reported stolen on 07/03/2017.  The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. REPORT WRITTEN

 1000 hours Burglary 7700 block Topton Street, the caller reported she observed a male suspect (black male slim build, approx. 18-21 yrs., wearing a white t-shirt, and gray jeans). Climb through a window. Officers respond and found the side door open, no forced entry was observed. Officers conducted a search of the residence with negative results. The homeowner(s) was not on scene, officers canvass the area, knock on doors to establish any witnesses which yielded negative results. Sgt. Robinson was notified of this incident. REPORT WRITTEN

1200 hours Family dispute 5900 block Mentana Street, father, and daughter were involved in a verbal dispute over the cell phone bill. The daughter disobeys house rules, and her phone was disconnected. The father just wanted officers to talk to his daughter. Both parties were advised to seek counsel. REPORT WRITTEN

1319 hours Commercial Alarm 8300 block Annapolis road Accidental by employee all clear 

1446 hours call for gun shots 7000 block Goodluck Road; officers responded to check the area for any signs of shots fired with negative results. Citizens walking in the area stated they heard no sound of gunshots. All clear 

1605 hours Disorderly 8500 block Annapolis Road; caller stated she was unsatisfied with the services she received at this business and wanted a refund.  The store owner and customer were advised this is a civil and to seek further assistance through the District Court commissioner’s office. All clear 

1723 hours Welfare check 5400 block Annapolis Road 85th Avenue, The person in question for the Welfare check was from the domestic arrest earlier at 0700 hrs. Dispatch was advised and made notification to the caller. All clear. 
1805 hours 5700 block 83rd Place/ Suicide call, caller stated her father was having a problem with his leg.  Once I spoke to the caller she stated it was never a suicide call, it was only a medical issue.  All Officers cleared the scene and it was a handled by fireboard.

1840 hours Shoppers Food Warehouse/ Shoplifting call, caller stated they had a juvenile in custody for stealing items. Officers located the Father of the juvenile and they were released upon the Father's arrival.  Juvenile charges have been filed through Juvenile Services. REPORT WRITTEN

1933 hours 7700 block Topton St/ Burglary, caller stated she came home to her side door being opened and several items were missing.  Day-work (OFC. Hughes) took the call earlier in the day from the neighbor.  OFC. Hughes arrived on scene, processed the scene, took the report, and notified Detective Sgt. Robinson about the burglary.

2024 hours 5300 block 85th Ave/ Check on the Welfare, caller stated they located a child walking around the neighborhood with no adult supervision.  An adult was contacted and arrived back on scene; there was a communication error between roommates and who was actually home.  Mother was contacted and picked the children up from the residence. REPORT WRITTEN

2150 hours Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

2220 hours Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation St., and Beckett Field, complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street lights.  Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.

2250 hours Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

2325 hours 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Property Damage, Upon inspection and speaking with the caller there was no evidence of an accident.  Caller left the scene but Officers did observe damage to the vehicle, therefore a property damage report was taken. REPORT WRITTEN

2350 hours 5400 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, caller stated they could hear their neighbors arguing.  Upon officers arrival they could hear a male and female arguing inside.  Officers could find no evidence of a physical altercation just verbal at this time.  Due to Officers being at the same residence several times a report was written. REPORT WRITTEN

0035 hours 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Noise Complaint, caller stated there were people talking loud in this apartment.  Officers spoke to the residents and advised them to keep the noise down they apologized.

0052 hours Wendy's/ caller stated she was upset that they were charging her for sauce and she wanted her money back.  When speaking to the caller she wanted her sauce for free and she then asked for ketchup and when she thought the worker was rude, she threw the ketchup back at her and demanded her money back.  Officers spoke with the manager who agreed to refund her the money if she leaves.  Both parties agreed and sent on their way.

0110 hours School check/ Margaret Brent Specialty School, check clear.

0120 hours Check of the Pool/ Suspicious Persons, Officers observed two males outside the gate sitting on the walkway.  When approached they were identified as workers at the pool and sent on their way.

0145 hours 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area.  Citizens have been complaining about suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.

0200 hours Residential check/ 8300 block Oliver St, caller asked for checks due to problems with a former male friend, area checked clear.

0215 hours Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0235 hours School Check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

0239 hours 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Caller stated her brother took the vehicle without permission.  She was advised to seek the assistance of the Commissioner’s office and advised what to do.

0300 hours Business Check/ Darcars Dodge, check clear.

0330 hours Business Check/ 7-11, check clear.

0345 hours Business Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0410 hours Business Check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0420 hours Business Check/ Darcars Dodge, check clear.

0445 hours Business Check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
