0700 hrs. -Disorderly 8400 block Annapolis Road,- male standing outside
bothering customers and panhandling. Upon the officer's arrival, the
suspect left a canvass of the area conducted with negative results.

0852 hrs. - Suspicious package 7700 block Riverdale Road- employee
found a suspicious package. Further observation revealed a black
plastic bag with trash. The caller was informed, and the bag thrown in
the trash.

0948 hrs. - 8500 Annapolis Road- Caller stated she lost her
wallet. While in route, dispatch canceled officers and advised the
caller found her wallet. All clear no report.

1020 hrs. - Premise check 5200-5400 block of 85th all clear

1141 hrs. - Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road- all clear

1214 hrs. - Disorderly 7600 block Fontaine Bleu Drive- caller stated she
moved out of this unit, and when she returned she observed a male with
tools cutting a hole in the wall.  Further investigation revealed the
suspect was authorized by the homeowner to fix a leaking pipe and the
caller didn't know. She has advised no report.

1338 hrs. - Premise check 7700 block Riverdale Road- all clear

1408 hrs. - Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road- all clear

1450 hrs. - Premise 8400 block Annapolis Road- all clear.

1514 hrs. - Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Road

1536 hrs. - Residential Alarm 6200 block 87th avenue- accidental by home owner all clear

1606 hrs. - Premise check 6000 block Mentana Street- all clear

1636 hrs. - Disorderly 8600 block Annapolis Road- Property manager said a male suspect walked in and began to argue with them because of maintenance not doing their job, being belligerent and throwing trash on the floor. The suspect, who is a resident of the
property was located, after a brief conversation with officers he
decided to clean up the trash and apologize to the property manager.
No property was damaged, and no one sustained any injury in this
incident.  The property manager was satisfied with the outcome; all
partied advised.

1715 hrs. - Break in Progress 7800 block Riverdale Road- Upon officers
arrival, while interviewing the Victim, it was learned that no one
unlawfully entered her residence.  The victim stated an unknown
suspect burglarized her storage unit located in Capitol Heights, MD.
She was advised to file a report with Prince George's County Police.
All clear.

1730 hrs. - Accident 6200 block 85th Place vehicle struck an park vehicle. Just
property damages, and no injuries, information exchange.
1830 hrs. - Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1845 hrs. - Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave, Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

1915 hrs. - 8100 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop conducted without incident.

1945 hrs. - 6000 Block of Mentana St and the Pathway between Vera Cope Park and Powhatan St, Officers conducted a foot patrol in the area.  Citizens have been complaining about suspicious behavior, possible sale of drugs, gambling, and loitering of unknown persons, check clear.

2000 hrs. - School Check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

2030 hrs. - School Check/ Margaret Brent Special Education School, check clear.

2050 hrs. - School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

2120 hrs. – 6400 block Fairborne Terrace- Residential Alarm, House was checked all doors and windows were secure.  Owner’s children arrived and the residence was checked, they believe it maybe a rodent in the basement.

2150 hrs. - Business Check/ 8400 Annapolis Rd- (Foot Patrol)- check clear.

2240 hrs. – 6100 block 85th Ave- Citizen complaints of issues with vehicles located at the front of this residence.  All vehicles were checked and valid, the one vehicle the complainant was concerned about was issued a parking ticket warning and stickered to be moved in 72 hrs. NCPD3 was notified of the action.

2252 hrs. – 5400 block 85th Ave- CDS complaint, caller stated several males were standing around a gray Ford Taurus smoking CDS.  As Officers were walking up to the location, several males began to walk away from a distance.  The area was checked and no signs of CDS use were discovered.  Officers stopped one male at 5400, identified, and sent him on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

2330 hrs. - Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. - Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear.

2350 hrs. - Business check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

0005 hrs. - Robert Frost Elementary School- Suspicious vehicles occupied, Officers observed two vehicles parked in the parking lot with lights on.  Officers attempted to speak to the driver (Mother) who spoke very little English.  We then spoke to her children who stated that their Father came home intoxicated and they did not want to stay at the residence with him so they were in the parking lot trying to find a place to spend the night.  They were advised and sent on their way.

0030 hrs. - Residential check/ Gavin St and Quentin St, area checked all clear.

0050 hrs. - 6000 Block of Harland St/ Residential check, 6000 block of Harland St and 6400 block of Inlet St. Citizen complaints of CDS use by male hanging out in the area and do not live there, check clear.

0110 hrs. - Residential Check/ 8500 Block of Madison St, 5900 Block of 87th Ave, 8500 Block of Legation St., and Beckett Field- Complaint of possible drug activity, suspicious vehicles in the area, illegal dumping, and vandalism to the street lights.  Officers checked the area with no signs of the listed.

0135 hrs. - 7700 block Riverdale Rd- Loud Music complaint, (responded to the call at 0245 hrs. due to putting on hold for the Domestic call) owner was advised and the music was turned down.

0140 hrs. - 5400 85th Ave- Domestic Dispute, caller was extremely upset and came running out.  Female stated that her husband was inside the apartment with a bunch of friends smoking CDS.  When she told him they all needed to get out and they were not allowed to smoke in the residence, he then pushed her away from him.  Officers asked if he had done anything else or if there were any visible signs and she stated no.  Officers then found out all of the other males left the residence and it was just him inside.  We made several attempts to gain entry into the apartment and speak with the male on the phone with negative results.  Female lost her keys in the apartment on the way out and she could not get a hold of anyone that was able to stay the night with.  She was transported to IHOP (like she asked) to attempt to get in touch with her brother to pick her up.  REPORT WRITTEN

0310 hrs. - Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

0348 hrs. – 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious person, male was sleeping on one of the tables.  He was advised and sent on his way.

0415 hrs. - 6000 block of Westbrook Dr. - Suspicious vehicle occupied, vehicle had two persons inside.  Male stated he was dropping the female off at her house.  The vehicle was not running they were just talking they both said.  All information was checked and persons were sent on the way.

0445 hrs. - Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0505 hrs. - Business check/ Shell Gas Station, check clear.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
