1001 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Unknown Trouble, caller advised she could hear banging from her next door neighbor’s apartment.  Caller believed she maybe having some medical issues and wanted her checked on.  Officers located the female who stated she was fine and needed no medical assistance or police assistance at this time.  No Report.

1011 hrs., Veterans Hwy at Annapolis Rd/ Pedestrian struck, caller advised there was a pedestrian struck and in the roadway.  Officers arrived to locate the male struck and the driver of the vehicle was pulled over to the side of the roadway.  The pedestrian was transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries, non-life threatening.  Information was taken for a report and NC3 was notified of the incident.  Report written

1210 hrs., 8300 block of Verona Dr. / Parking Complaint, caller advised a vehicle was parked too close to her driveway.  Officers checked and the vehicle is close but the caller can still get out with no issues.  Attempts were made to locate the owner in order to have them move the vehicle a few feet, however the owner was unable to be located and the tag did not come back to this area.  While speaking to neighbors the vehicle had been there for several days, officers stickered the vehicle to be moved prior to this weekend.  No Report.

1252 hrs., Shell Gas station/ Disorderly, caller advised there was a customer on scene upset because the station would not do the work on his vehicle until he paid for the work to be done.  The customer was upset and did not believe he should have to pay first.  He was advised it was up to the business how they wanted to conduct the transaction.  No Report.

1325 hrs., Premise Check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

1508 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Annapolis Rd/ Vehicle accident, caller was Fireboard who witnessed a vehicle accident in the intersection.  Officers arrived to locate a minor vehicle accident involving two vehicles.  Neither party stated they needed medical attention and Officers exchanged information between parties.  No Report.

1515 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly persons, caller advised there were about 15 males sitting at the playground drinking and smoking.  Officers arrived to locate several persons in the area with kids on the playground.  There were no people smoking or drinking at the time.  No Report.  

1539 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Check on the welfare, caller stated there was a male lying in the roadway of the complex passed out.  Officers arrived to locate a male who was sleeping in the grass area by the building.  Offices could see he was slightly intoxicated and he was sent on his way to his residence.  No Report.

1547 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Theft from Auto, caller advised he went into the business and when he came out he noticed someone had entered his vehicle.  No damage was done to the vehicle, the suspect opened the unlocked door, and stole several items.  Report written

1800 Accident/ 7600 block of Annapolis Rd two vehicles had a minor crash and exchanged information. No report

2115 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - it was business as usual. The shopping center was clear. 

2137 Loud Music/ 8600 block Powhatan St - the caller advised someone plays music in their vehicle until 2300 hrs. An officer checked the area with negative results. No report

2144 Party Complaint/ 8300 block Oglethorpe St - the caller advised several people were out front having a party smoking CDS. An officer responded to the area and observed the family in the back yard cooking out. There was no odor of CDS in the area. No report

2159 Disorderly/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller advised their 11 y/o was acting up. Officers responded to check on the child. Officers referred to crisis intervention to the parents. No report

2220 Premise Check/ 8300 block of Donoghue Dr and surrounding streets PGPD was working an attempted burglary. Officers patrolled the area with negative results. 

2250 Premise Check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr and surrounding streets the area was clear. 

2315 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - it was business as usual. A citizen approached the officer and requested medical services. The citizen was transported to the hospital by EMS.

0230 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - due to recent carjacking in Seat Pleasant. Officers focused their attention to open businesses. 

0336 Disorderly/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the caller advised her son and boyfriend were fighting. The son fled in a vehicle upon arrival and the caller refused police services. The caller was advised to seek a protective order. No report
