stated he was upset because the clerk would not give him the number for the
corporate office. Officers spoke to the clerk, who stated the male was
inside the store, walked up to the counter and began to yell. He was
asked to leave and got upset. Officers got the information the

stated he watched his neighbors throw recently smoked cigarettes into his
yard. Caller showed officers where the cigarette butts were and he was
afraid his new grass would catch on fire. Officers spoke to the neighbors
who stated they would watch closer where they threw the trash. They also
picked up the trash from the yard of the caller. No Report.

his vehicle was damaged overnight in the parking lot. Officers observed

1230 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, caller stated she was having
arguments and problems with a fellow employee. She wanted to know what
she can do to stop it. She was advised to speak to her HR Department to
attempt to mediate the issue at work but if it continues to seek the assistance
of the commissioner’s office. No Report.

1334 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, caller stated someone threw a juice
box at him. Officers arrived to find that the caller and a female
purchased a vehicle together and the female's boyfriend was upset about
it. The boyfriend said some words to the caller then threatened to throw
juice at him because he was upset. When the caller said he was going to
call the police the boyfriend left. The caller was advised on what
actions he could take. No Report.

1436 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Disorderly, management stated
there was a male who was refusing to leave his room after checkout time.
Officers located the male and advised him he needed to leave the hotel that it
was past his checkout time. The male gathered up his belongings and left
the room and the hotel without issues. No Report.

1643 hrs., 8300 block Donoghue Dr/ Suspicious Person (Armed),
caller advised a female walked up to their vehicle and punctured a hole in
several tires with scissors. The female was gone prior to officers
arriving, however after conducting a canvass of the area she was located.
The female did not have the scissors on her but the Victim recognized her as
the person who damaged the property. Speaking to the female's family it
was discovered she suffered from a mental condition and has been struggling in
her personal life with several issues. The family also advised she had
not taken her medication today. Family members spoke to the Victims and
worked out an agreement to cover the damages. Female was turned over to
her family for care. Report written

a mental episode. They did not want to press charges, however, they want to get
her help. The caller was advised to seek an emergency petition as the
cousin did not meet our requirements. No report
