0633 hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly Person, caller stated he was upset because the clerk would not give him the number for the corporate office.  Officers spoke to the clerk, who stated the male was inside the store, walked up to the counter and began to yell.  He was asked to leave and got upset.   Officers got the information the caller requested and he was sent on his way.  No Report.

0720 hrs., Premise check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0750 hrs., 8600 block Preston St/ Neighbor dispute, caller stated he watched his neighbors throw recently smoked cigarettes into his yard.  Caller showed officers where the cigarette butts were and he was afraid his new grass would catch on fire.  Officers spoke to the neighbors who stated they would watch closer where they threw the trash.  They also picked up the trash from the yard of the caller.  No Report.

0830 hrs., Premise check/ Beckett Field and Hanko building, check clear.

0900 hrs., Premise check/ 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr, check clear.

0924 hrs., 5700 block 84th Ave/ Abandoned property, caller advised there was a lawnmower in her front yard that did not belong to her.  Officers checked the mower for stolen with negative results.  Caller advised she was going to call her lawn care company and see if it belonged to them.  She was advised what to do if it did not.  No Report.

1000 hrs., Premise check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

1040 hrs., Premise check/ Exercise Path and dog park, check clear.

1106 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Property damage, caller advised his vehicle was damaged overnight in the parking lot.  Officers observed the damage to the vehicle and a report was written.  Report written

1130 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

1205 hrs., School check/ Lamont Elementary School, check clear.

1230 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, caller stated she was having arguments and problems with a fellow employee.  She wanted to know what she can do to stop it.  She was advised to speak to her HR Department to attempt to mediate the issue at work but if it continues to seek the assistance of the commissioner’s office.  No Report.

1300 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary, check clear.

1334 hrs., Shoppers/ Disorderly, caller stated someone threw a juice box at him.  Officers arrived to find that the caller and a female purchased a vehicle together and the female's boyfriend was upset about it.  The boyfriend said some words to the caller then threatened to throw juice at him because he was upset.  When the caller said he was going to call the police the boyfriend left.  The caller was advised on what actions he could take.  No Report.

1410 hrs., Premise Check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

1436 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Disorderly, management stated there was a male who was refusing to leave his room after checkout time.  Officers located the male and advised him he needed to leave the hotel that it was past his checkout time.  The male gathered up his belongings and left the room and the hotel without issues.  No Report.

1515 hrs., Premise check/ Beckett Field and Hanko building, check clear.

1550 hrs., Premise Check/ 5300-5400 block of 85th Ave, check clear.

1620 hrs., Premise Check/ 7-11 check clear.

1643 hrs., 8300 block Donoghue Dr/ Suspicious Person (Armed), caller advised a female walked up to their vehicle and punctured a hole in several tires with scissors.  The female was gone prior to officers arriving, however after conducting a canvass of the area she was located.  The female did not have the scissors on her but the Victim recognized her as the person who damaged the property.  Speaking to the female's family it was discovered she suffered from a mental condition and has been struggling in her personal life with several issues.  The family also advised she had not taken her medication today.  Family members spoke to the Victims and worked out an agreement to cover the damages.  Female was turned over to her family for care.  Report written

1800 Family Dispute/ 8300 block Donoghue Dr. - the caller advised her cousin was having a mental episode. They did not want to press charges, however, they want to get her help. The caller was advised to seek an emergency petition as the cousin did not meet our requirements. No report

1820 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - it was business as usual.

1840 Domestic/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - an open line with a struggle in the background. Officers were able to locate the caller and it was no domestic. No report 

2213 Fireworks/ Lamont Dr. at Verona - the caller advised of a resident shooting off fireworks. Officers canvassed the area with negative results. No report

2230 Premise Check/ 6600 block Adrian St and surrounding streets - the area was clear.

2250 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - the area was clear. 

2300 Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - the store was closing for the evening. 

0030 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - it was business as usual.

0114 Domestic/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd - boyfriend and girlfriend had a physical altercation. The boyfriend jumped off the balcony fleeing the area in an unknown direction. The girlfriend was advised again to obtain a protective order. Report written

0234 Notification/ 5900 block Westbrook Terr. - Howard Co PD requested officers to check if an elderly woman lives at the address. Officers made several attempts with negative results. No report

0310 Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - it was business as usual.

0327 Check Welfare/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd - Kaiser requested officers to see if a mental patient returned home. There was no answer at the door. No report

0410 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - the area was clear. The tow company was impounding vehicles. 

0450 Accident/ 6900 block Good Luck Rd - two vehicles crashed on the roadway becoming disabled with no injuries. The accident was handled by PGPD. No report

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company.
