EXPLOSION AND SMOKE COMING FROM THE AREA. IT WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE BEEN
FIREWORKS HOWEVER, OFFICERS COULD NOT LOCATE THE INDIVIDUALS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE FIREWORKS AT THIS TIME; THEY WERE ASSUMED TO BE GONE ON ARRIVAL.

8000 BLOCK POWHATAN STREET- THE HOMEOWNER HAD BEEN PLAYING MUSIC IN THE
BACKYARD THROUGH LOUDSPEAKERS; HE WAS ADVISED ON THE CITY'S NOISE ORDINANCES
AND THE MUSIC WAS TURNED ALL THE WAY DOWN WITHOUT INCIDENT.

HANGING AROUND IN THE PARKING LOT AREA OF THE LOCATION. OFFICERS DISCOVERED ALL
PERSONS AND VEHICLES WERE GONE ON ARRIVAL.

LAMONT DRIVE- OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN ELDERLY CALLER
COMPLAINS ABOUT LOUD NOISES IN HER NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT DID NOT WANT CONTACT WITH
POLICE. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA THERE WERE NO SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY OBSERVED.
HER COMPLAINT WAS PRESUMED TO BE RELATED TO THE OTHER COMPLAINTS OF FIREWORKS.
0115 HOURS- "VEHICLE TAMPERING"-
8200 BLOCK QUENTIN STREET- OFFICERS RESPONDED, MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO
STATED SHE BELIEVED SHE SAW SOMEONE RUMMAGING THROUGH HER FATHER'S VEHICLE IN
THE DRIVEWAY. THE VEHICLE WAS ACTUALLY SECURED AND THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF
ENTRY. THE CALLER WAS MISTAKEN AND ADVISED. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE CALLER'S
NEIGHBORS WHO STATED THEY WERE SITTING OUTSIDE FOR AWHILE AND DID NOT OBSERVE
ANYONE AT THE LOCATION OR IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD ON FOOT.
0144 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS
OCCUPIED VEHICLE (6i)- 5800 BLOCK OF 84TH AVE- WHILE PATROLLING THE AREA,
OFFICERS OBSERVED A MALE SLIGHTLY SLOUCHED IN THE DRIVER'S SEAT OF A
RUNNING PARKED VEHICLE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT AND DETERMINED THE INDIVIDUAL WAS
UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL. THE VEHICLE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED BY TINO'S
TOWING. THE INDIVIDUAL WAS TRANSPORTED TO HIS RESIDENCE, ISSUED HIS PAPERWORK
IN REFERENCE TO BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL WHILE IN CONTROL OF A
VEHICLE. AND ADVISED.

KAREN ELAINE DRIVE - OFFICERS WERE DISPATCHED TO THE LOCATION AFTER CALLER
STATED HER EX-BOYFRIEND VANDALIZED HER PROPERTY AND LEFT. THE CALLER WAS
CONTACTED BY OFFICERS WHERE SHE REFUSED ALL POLICE SERVICES STATING SHE JUST
WANTED HER EX-BOYFRIEND TO LEAVE AND HE WAS GONE. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO
SEEK RELIEF THROUGH THE DISTRICT COURTS SHOULD THE ISSUES CONTINUE.
0315 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK-5800 BLOCK 84TH AVE-
DUE TO ONGOING COMPLAINTS AND ISSUES STEMMED FROM THE ADDRESS PROVIDED,
OFFICERS CONTINUED ROUTINE PATROL OF THE LOCATION AND DETERRED QUITE A FEW
INDIVIDUALS FROM GATHERING AT THE LOCATION TO AVOID A LARGE PARTY OR ANY OTHER
COMPLAINTS REQUIRING FURTHER POLICE ACTION. THE TENANT RESPONSIBLE FOR
THESE LARGE GATHERINGS WAS ADVISED AGAIN. NO INCIDENTS AROSE AT THIS TIME,

OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND OBSERVED A VEHICLE DISABLED ON THE
ROADWAY AFTER THE DRIVER HIT A PARKED VEHICLE. AN A.C.R.S. REPORT WAS
GENERATED. THE OWNER OF THE PARKED VEHICLE WAS MET WITH AND ADVISED. THE
STRIKING VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY TITO'S TOWING. THE DRIVER WAS ADVISED AND
SENT ON HIS WAY.
