his ring camera that he felt may have needed assistance. Caller stated he
sees the woman often walking up the street to the grocery store but a couple
days ago she walked up to his house. He does not know her and was unsure
why she walked up to the residence, he wanted officers to know. No

New Carrollton Public Library/ Alarm call, alarm company advised the alarm was
coming from several spots in the library. Officers spoke to maintenance
who stated one of them was downstairs while the other was upstairs and the one
set the alarm prior to the other leaving the building. The reason so many
alarms were off. They were able to reset and system and rearm it with no
issues. No Report.

86th Ave and Powhatan St/ Found Property, caller advised they located several
shell casings on the road and in the grass area. Officers collected the
casings and conducted a canvass of the area. Supervisor notified the on
call Command NC3 and Detective NC4 of the incident. Report written

5300 block 85th Ave/ Missing Person, caller advised his wife went to the
hospital after they were involved in a domestic argument yesterday.
Caller stated he has not heard from her and was worried. After speaking
to several family members she did not want to be located due to wanting to get
away from him and the domestic situation. Officers spoke to her and she
is at an undisclosed location for safety reasons. She refused any assistance

8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Assault, officers were called by medical
personnel at the CLINIX about a patient who came in. When
officers arrived the patient was transported to the hospital for a medical
condition. It was not for an assault, he was treated for that the
previous day. No Report.

Bojangles/ Fraud, caller was an employee who overheard a customer. The
employee heard the customer talk about someone having frauded them
recently. When the officers arrived the customer was gone there was no
further information or contact. No Report.

6600 block Adrian St/ Spam call, caller advised someone called her and asked if
she wanted puppies. Caller stated she had to ask her husband and when he
said no she advised the person on the phone. At this time the person
became irate and began yelling at the caller, she did not know what to do and
wanted to notify the police. No Report.

Lowe's/ Theft, officers were stopped by employees advising them of a male who
stole two drills. Officers located the male in the parking lot next to
Shoppers with the drills in his hand. He was stopped and issued a
citation for theft. The drills were returned to Lowe's. Report written

Annapolis Rd - there was no accident. A vehicle was disabled with a kitten
trapped on the vehicle's frame. The kitten was rescued by Eng. 828 No report

8300 block Carrollton Pkwy - the arrested assaulted her
boyfriend because he was cheating. The arrested was transported to NCPD for
processing and subsequently transported to UM DOC for the presentation of
charges. The victim refused medical and Lethality Assessment. Report written

Rd - officers observed males in front of the store fighting. Officers were able
to detain the subjects who checked negative for warrants. As one subject left
he then became disorderly attempting to fight another group of males. At which
time the subject was placed under arrest. The subject was subsequently
transported the NCPD for processing then to UM DOC for the presentation of
