0800 hrs., Foodway / Disorderly person, caller stated there was a male walking around looking lost without a shirt on.  Officers located him and spoke to him asking if he needed any assistance.  He advised he just needed to get to McDonalds, that he was released from the hospital several hours ago.  Officers contacted someone to come and pick him up.  No Report.

0830 hrs., Premise check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

0850 hrs., Premise check/ Heritage Square Apartments, check clear.

0922 hrs., 5800 block Lamont Dr. / Information, caller stated he had the picture of a woman on his ring camera that he felt may have needed assistance.  Caller stated he sees the woman often walking up the street to the grocery store but a couple days ago she walked up to his house.  He does not know her and was unsure why she walked up to the residence, he wanted officers to know.  No Report.

0936 hrs., New Carrollton Public Library/ Alarm call, alarm company advised the alarm was coming from several spots in the library.  Officers spoke to maintenance who stated one of them was downstairs while the other was upstairs and the one set the alarm prior to the other leaving the building.  The reason so many alarms were off.  They were able to reset and system and rearm it with no issues.  No Report.

1000 hrs., School check/ Margaret Brent school, check clear.

1030 hrs., Premise check/ New Carrollton Pool, check clear.

1100 hrs., School check/ Carrollton Elementary School, check clear.

1127 hrs., 86th Ave and Powhatan St/ Found Property, caller advised they located several shell casings on the road and in the grass area.  Officers collected the casings and conducted a canvass of the area.  Supervisor notified the on call Command NC3 and Detective NC4 of the incident.  Report written

1251 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Missing Person, caller advised his wife went to the hospital after they were involved in a domestic argument yesterday.  Caller stated he has not heard from her and was worried.  After speaking to several family members she did not want to be located due to wanting to get away from him and the domestic situation.  Officers spoke to her and she is at an undisclosed location for safety reasons.  She refused any assistance at this time.  No Report.

1320 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Assault, officers were called by medical personnel at the CLINIX about a patient who came in.  When officers arrived the patient was transported to the hospital for a medical condition.  It was not for an assault, he was treated for that the previous day. No Report.

1335 hrs., Bojangles/ Fraud, caller was an employee who overheard a customer.  The employee heard the customer talk about someone having frauded them recently.  When the officers arrived the customer was gone there was no further information or contact.  No Report.

1401 hrs., 6600 block Adrian St/ Spam call, caller advised someone called her and asked if she wanted puppies.  Caller stated she had to ask her husband and when he said no she advised the person on the phone.  At this time the person became irate and began yelling at the caller, she did not know what to do and wanted to notify the police.  No Report.

1622 hrs., Carrollton Pkwy at Lamont Dr/ Noise Complaint, caller advised there was loud music in the area.  Officers canvassed the area with nothing heard.  No Report.

1650 hrs., Lowe's/ Theft, officers were stopped by employees advising them of a male who stole two drills.  Officers located the male in the parking lot next to Shoppers with the drills in his hand.  He was stopped and issued a citation for theft.  The drills were returned to Lowe's.  Report written

1840 Accident/ 8200 block of Annapolis Rd - there was no accident. A vehicle was disabled with a kitten trapped on the vehicle's frame. The kitten was rescued by Eng. 828 No report

1915 Domestic Arrest/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy - the arrested assaulted her boyfriend because he was cheating. The arrested was transported to NCPD for processing and subsequently transported to UM DOC for the presentation of charges. The victim refused medical and Lethality Assessment. Report written

2137 Disorderly Arrest/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd - officers observed males in front of the store fighting. Officers were able to detain the subjects who checked negative for warrants. As one subject left he then became disorderly attempting to fight another group of males. At which time the subject was placed under arrest. The subject was subsequently transported the NCPD for processing then to UM DOC for the presentation of charges. Report written

0430 Premise Check/ 85th Ave Apts. - the area was clear. The tow company was impounding vehicles.
