0737 hrs. Check Welfare 5700 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location after a concerned neighbor noticed the front door opened with packages on the porch. Officer arrived knocked and called out into the residence making contact with the homeowner who was safe and in food health.

0845 hrs. Returned Found Property 6700 block Terra Alta Dr. A citizen found a wallet and turned it into the police station. Officers were able to identify the owner of the wallet. Officers drove to the owner's residence and returned the wallet.

0937 hrs. Premise check 8500 block Annapolis Rd. Check clear.

1009 hrs. Warrant Service 5800 block Metana St. Officers assisted the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office with a warrant service. The subject in question was not at the listed location.

1110 hrs. Accident Annapolis Rd & 495. Officers responded for a two-vehicle vehicle accident without injuries. Officer conducted an information exchange and both vehicles were driven away from the scene.

1411 hrs. Welfare Check. 7600 block Riverdale Rd. Doctors called for an officer to check on the welfare of a mental patient. Officers knocked at the door with no answer.

1522 hrs. Premise check 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Check clear.

1559 hrs. Commercial Silent Alarm 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded for a holdup alarm at the listed location. Once on scene contact was made with the store manager who advised the alarm was an accident.

1630 hrs. Accident 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident without injuries and conducted an information exchange. Both vehicle we're driven away from the scene.

1810 Domestic/ 5300 block 85th Ave - the son called the police and stated his father was hitting his mother.  Officers met with the parties and they were involved in a verbal altercation about infidelity. The male broke his girlfriend's phone. There were no visible signs of injuries and she refused the lethality. Case numbers were provided and commissioners information. Report written

1940 Theft/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd - caller advised two males stole a t-shirt fleeing on foot toward 85th Ave. Officers made contact with the caller who advised the merchandise was not taken. No report

2052 Missing Person/ 7600 block Riverdale Rd - the mother called in reference to the father potentially taking his child to New York without permission. The mother was unable to reach the father and while officers were on scene. The father contacted the mother and the child was ok. No report

2105 Fireworks/ 6100 block 86th Ave - caller advised of fireworks in the area. There was no complainant. 

2115 Disorderly/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - the caller advised he issued a 30-day notice to his tenant and the tenant refuses to leave. Officers made contact with the caller and advised it’s a landlord-tenant issue. Apply for eviction through the courts. No report

2330 Gunshots/ 5400 block 85th Ave - officers observed fireworks in the air. 

0010 Gunshots/ 5400 block 85th Ave - the caller advised several people were shot in the area. Officers observed fireworks in the air. Officers canvassed the area with negative results.
