RATE OF SPEED. THE VEHICLE FINALLY CAME TO REST AT THE LISTED LOCATION AFTER
DISMISSING THE OFFICER'S ACTIVATED EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT AND CONTINUING TO DRIVE.
THE DRIVER STATED HE WAS JUST TRYING TO FIND A SAFER LOCATION TO STOP. THE
DRIVER AND PASSENGER ONLY POSSESSED A LEARNER'S PERMIT. THEREFORE, THE
DRIVER WAS ISSUED A MULTITUDE OF CITATIONS. THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE ARRIVED
