block Riverdale Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a
child that was found wandering around the neighborhood. After a small canvass
of the area, the child's father was located and it was discovered that the
child suffers from autism and will leave the residence to go to the playground.
The father was advised of some precautions to take to ensure the child cannot
leave the residence without adult supervision.

ADVISED TO KEEP THE VOLUME DOWN AND WERE ALL SENT ON THEIR WAY WITHOUT
INCIDENT.

0055 HOURS- DISORDERLY (TOW DISPUTE)- 7600 BLOCK
RIVERDALE ROAD- THE OWNER WAS UPSET ABOUT HIS VEHICLE BEING TOWED, BUT UPON
OFFICER'S ARRIVAL, HE PAID THE DROP FEE. WHEN THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS
RELEASING THE VEHICLE, HE MAY HAVE SLIGHTLY DAMAGED THE OWNER'S FRONT FENDER
BASED ON THE NOISE HEARD ONCE THE VEHICLE WAS DROPPED. THE TOW TRUCK DRIVERS
REMAINED ON SCENE WILLING TO PROVIDE INFORMATION. OFFICERS ADVISED AND ENCOURAGED
THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE TO OBTAIN THE INFORMATION HE WOULD NEED SHOULD HE
DISCOVER DAMAGES, HOWEVER THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE REFUSED TO COOPERATE; HE
BECAME IRATE AND BELLIGERENT BEFORE STATING HE DOES NOT NEED ANY INFORMATION,
HE REMEMBERS FACES AND LEAVING THE SCENE.

(RETURN CALL)- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - AN OFFICER CONTACTED THE CALLER WHO
HAPPENED TO BE THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE IN THE TOW DISPUTE INCIDENT ABOVE. THE
CALLER SEEMED UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF EITHER ALCOHOL OR AN UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE.
HOWEVER, THE OFFICER WAS ABLE TO GATHER THAT THE CALLER DID DISCOVER DAMAGE TO
HIS VEHICLE AND WANTED TO REPORT A "VANDALISM". THE OFFICER ADVISED
THE CALLER HIS VEHICLE WAS NOT VANDALIZED; HE ALSO REFUSED ASSISTANCE ON SCENE
AND REFUSED TO OBTAIN THE TOW COMPANY'S INFORMATION AFTER THE FACT,
THEREFORE HIS OPTION IS TO VISIT OR CALL THE TOW COMPANY DURING THEIR
OPERATING HOURS TO GET RESOLUTION. THE CALLER RESULTED IN CALLING ONCE
MORE MOMENTS LATER. PROVIDING A DIFFERENT ADDRESS, AS HE WAS SUSPECTED OF
BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO CALL BACK DESPITE THE CALLER'S
CONDITION AND REFUSAL OF ASSISTANCE, HOWEVER THERE WAS NO ANSWER THE SECOND
TIME.
