1302 HOURS - DISORDERLY - 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, THE CONCIERGE WHO STATED THERE WAS A SUSPICIOUS MALE WANDERING THE LOBBY APPEARING TO BE HOMELESS THAT WAS REFUSING TO LEAVE, HOWEVER THE MALE WAS GONE PRIOR TO OFFICER'S ARRIVAL. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT.

1308 HOURS - DOMESTIC – 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH TWO PARTIES INVOLVED IN A DOMESTIC DISPUTE. BOTH PARTIES CLAIMED THE OPPOSITE PARTY ASSAULTED THEM; HOWEVER THERE WERE NO VISIBLE INJURIES. FIREBOARD ARRIVED ON SCENE TO ASSESS THE FEMALE HALF WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT PAIN IN HER KNEE.  AN ASSAULT COULD NOT BE VERIFIED. PER USUAL, BOTH PARTIES WERE UNCOOPERATIVE WITH OFFICERS, HOWEVER THEY WERE ADVISED. BOTH PARTIES WERE PHOTOGRAPHED AND CHECKED NEGATIVE FOR WARRANTS. NEITHER PARTY AGREED TO LEAVE, THE WERE ADVISED AGAIN. REPORT WRITTEN

1414 HOURS - TRESPASSING – 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER LOSS PREVENTION PERSONNEL STATED THEY HAD A SHOPLIFTER IN CUSTODY. OFFICERS IDENTIFIED THE SHOPLIFTER, HE WAS PHOTOGRAPHED AND CHECKED NEGATIVE FOR WARRANTS. LOSS PREVENTION RECOVERED ALL THE STOLEN ITEMS AND DECLINED TO PURSUE CHARGES AGAINST THE SHOPLIFTER, HE WAS BARRED FROM THE PROPERTY AND SENT ON HIS WAY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1520 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK  - 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - ALL CLEAR.

1613 HOURS - ACCIDENT – 6600 BLOCK ADRIAN ST. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING TWO VEHICLES. EVIDENTLY THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED AT THE INTERSECTION OF GOODLUCK RD & AUBURN AVE. UNIT 1 REAR ENDED UNIT 2. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED. BOTH VEHICLES SUSTAINED FUNCTIONAL DAMAGES. AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE WAS CONDUCTED BETWEEN BOTH DRIVERS. NO REPORT.

1705 HOURS - CIVIL DISPUTE – 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO STATED HE PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM SOMEONE TWO DAYS AGO AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN HAVING ISSUES. THE CALLER WANTED ADVICE ON HOW TO GET HIS MONEY BACK. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT. NO REPORT.

1755 hours- Breaking & Entering report- 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that an unknown suspect broke into their apartment from the basement utility room and stole their property. Officers met the caller, photographed and fingerprinted the scene. Report written

1825 hours- Welfare check- 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive: The caller stated that she wants to check on her sister because she is not answering her phone. Officers made contact with the person in question, and the person was in good health. Both parties advised.  

1917 hours- Noise Complain- 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that her neighbor had been playing loud music all day. Officers met the neighbor; the music was turned off and advised both parties.

1925 hours- Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that a disorderly person is standing in front of the location and disturbing the customers. When officers arrived on the scene, the problem half had already left, and the caller was advised.  

1950 hours - Family dispute- 6600 block Chestnut Avenue: The caller stated that she had a verbal argument with her brother over him disciplining her children. Officers met both parties and advised them. Report Written

2010 hours - Theft Call- 7700 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that her Ex-boyfriend stole her property. Officers met with the caller, took the information and advised her. Report Written
  

2026 hours- Welfare check – 6400 block Fairbanks Street: The caller from CPS stated that they have several complaints referencing this address and they want officers to check on the kids. Officers made contact with the mother, and she said that the kids currently reside with their grandmother in (Hyattsville, MD). Officers advised the mother and the caller.

2117 hours- MPS- 6500 block Inlet Street: The caller stated that she called MVA for something and they told her that her vehicle in the system is reported stolen. The caller said that she never called the police for a stolen vehicle; Police Communications conducted a stolen auto check which revealed her car not taken, Officers advised the caller to contact the MVA again to have them correct the issue in their system. 

2208 hours- CDS Complaint- 7500 block Riverdale Road: The Unknown caller stated that someone is smoking CDS in the parking lot. Officers canvassed the area yielded with negative results.  

2242 hours- Premise check – 8400 block Annapolis Road: All clear.

2323 hours - Return call – 7700 block Riverdale Road: A return call, the caller stated that she was talking to her Ex-boyfriend on the phone and he told her that he's coming over. Officers met with the caller who reported she only wanted her property. She was advised again to contact Court Commissioners Office for further assistance.  

0026 hours - Family Dispute – 8500 block Carrollton Pkwy: The caller stated that her niece came home drunk. Officers met with the caller and the person in question elected to leave for the night, both parties advised.   

0122 hours - Premise Check - 5300 & 5400 85th Avenue: All clear.

0205 hours - Premise check - 8100 block Annapolis Road: All clear.

0243 hours - Premise Check - 7700 & 7800 Riverdale Road: All clear.

0308 hours - premise Check - 5500 block of Karen Elaine Drive: All clear. 

0404 hours - Suspicious Vehicle – 7600 block Topton Street: The caller stated that there's a vehicle parked on the street with the lights are on. Officers made contact with the driver, who works for UBER, and said he was tired, which is why he pulled over to take a nap. The driver was advised and sent him on his way.

0512 hours - Premise Check – 8400 block Annapolis Road: All clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
