A CUSTOMER DISPUTING AN ISSUE WITH A GAS PUMP. THE CUSTOMER WAS GONE PRIOR TO

THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH A FEMALE WHO STATED SHE WAS SUFFERING FROM
DEPRESSION AND TOOK TOO MANY OF HER ANTIDEPRESSANT PILLS TO TRY AND HARM

OFFICER RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION TO ASSIST FIREBOARD IN GAINING ENTRY INTO THE
LAUNDRY ROOM OF THE LOCATION. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DOOR TO THE LAUNDRY
ROOM WAS JAMMED AND A WASHING MACHINE INSIDE WAS SMOKING. FIREBOARD GAINED
ENTRY, THE APARTMENT MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL WAS ON SCENE AND WERE ABLE TO
SHUT DOWN THE WASHING MACHINE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

THE LOCATION FOR AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING TWO VEHICLES. DRIVER OF UNIT 1 ATTEMPTED
TO MAKE A U-TURN FROM LANE 2, CAUSING THE DRIVER OF UNIT 2 WHO WAS ON LANE 1 TO
T-BONE UNIT 1. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED. BOTH VEHICLES WERE
STILL DRIVABLE, AND NO CITATIONS WERE ISSUED, THEREFORE AN INFORMATION EXCHANGE
WAS CONDUCTED AND PROVIDED TO BOTH DRIVERS. NO REPORT.

ROAD - OFFICERS
RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ACCIDENT INVOLVING TWO VEHICLES. BOTH VEHICLES
WERE TRAVELLING W/B ON LANE 2. UNIT 1 WAS APPARENTLY FOLLOWING TO CLOSELY
CAUSING HIM TO REAR END UNIT 2 WHEN SHE CAME TO A STOP. THERE WERE NO INJURIES
OBSERVED OR REPORTED. BOTH VEHICLES SUSTAINED SUPERFICIAL DAMAGES. IT WAS
DISCOVERED UNIT 1 WAS OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED AND UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE.
SUBSEQUENTLY, THE REGISTRATION PLATES WERE REMOVED AND PLACED INTO NCPD
PROPERTY AND THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. DRIVER OF UNIT 1
WAS ISSUED VARIOUS CITATIONS AND SENT ON HIS WAY. BOTH DRIVERS WERE PROVIDED

Place: The caller stated that she placed an order and never received her item.

Adrian Street: The caller stated that her husband has been going through a
mental episode. The husband was not on scene; the caller was advised.
1921 hours- Return Call: 7600 block Vicar
Place: The caller stated that she has an update on the item. Officer met the
caller and discovered that the package was never delivered; the caller was
advised to contact FedEx. Report written
1931 hours- Suspicious Person: 8400 block
Annapolis Road: Off-duty officer who was working at the location observed a
suspicious person in the area. Officer stopped the suspicious person checked
him through Prince George's County Police Communication for warrants; yielded
in negative results and send him on his way.
2006 hours- Suspicious Vehicle: 8500 block
Legation Road: While patrolling officers discovered a suspicious vehicle in the
parking lot. Officers made contact with the driver of the vehicle and the
driver stated that they just got off of work and they are eating their dinner.
They were advised and send on their way.
2040 hours- Unknown Trouble: 8400 block
Annapolis Road: Officer's responded to the location for unknown trouble;
Officer's discovered that a driver was screaming at his passengers. No crime
was verified and the driver calmed down. They were sent on their way.
2147 hours- Traffic/ Impound: 5400 block of
85th Avenue: Officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. A traffic
stop was conducted, during the stop it was discovered that the vehicle registration
was suspended for VEIP. The vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. Report

2206 hours- Commercial Alarm: 8500 block Annapolis
Road: While officer's were in route; we got cancelled because Communication
advised that they have received the proper code.
2215 hours- Noise complaint: 7500 block
Riverdale Road: The caller stated that her neighbor is playing loud music.
Officer's met the neighbor and the music was turned down. The caller was
advised.
2234 hours- Suspicious Person: 5800 block
Nystrom Street: The caller stated that an unknown person rings her doorbell and
when she checked there was no one there. Officers canvassed the area yielded
with negative results. The caller was advised.
2306 hours- Traffic/ Impound: Veterans Hwy
& Harkins Road: Officers observed a vehicle commit a traffic violation. A
traffic stop was conducted, during the stop it was discovered that the vehicle
registration was suspended for insurance and also had a tag pick up order. The
tags were removed and the vehicle was impounded for safekeeping. Report written

Fremont Street: The caller stated that they can hear loud music coming from a
vehicle. Officers canvassed the area yielded with negative results.
0043 hours- Suspicious Person: 8400 block
Annapolis Road: The caller stated that there is a male outside the LOI
panhandling. When officer's arrived at LOI the person in question was GOA.
0055 hours- Premise check: 5300-5400 block of
85th Avenue: All clear.
0115 hours- Disable vehicle: 8600 block of
Annapolis Road: While officers were patrolling they observed a disabled motor
vehicle in the roadway. Officer's made contact with the driver and he stated
that his private tow is in route. While officers were there his tow arrived and
removed the vehicle from the roadway.
0225 hours- Premise check: 7700-7800 block of
Riverdale Road: All clear.
0310 hours- Premise check: 8100 block Annapolis
Road: All clear.
00420 hours- Premise check: 5500 block of
