0801 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-   OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A COMPLAINT BY MANAGEMENT OF A HOMELESS MALE BEING DISORDERLY.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER AND THE MALE, BOTH OF WHOM WERE ADVISED, THE MALE WAS NOT ON SCENE BUT WAS OBSERVED IN THE AREA.

0855 HOURS- M.P.S. - CHARLES CARROLL-  N.C.P.D. S.R.O. RESPONDED TO THE SCHOOL FOR A FOLLOW-UP COMPLAINT FROM A PREVIOUS INCIDENT.  THE CALLER REQUESTED INFORMATION ABOUT FILING CHARGES AGAINST ANOTHER STUDENT WHO HAD ENGAGED IN A MUTUAL COMBAT ALTERCATION WITH THE CALLERS DAUGHTER.  REPORT WRITTEN

0946 HOURS- ALARM- `8500 BLOCK FREEMONT ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION FROM A DINING ROOM MOTION SENSOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY OR DAMAGE.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM, F.A.R.U. PROVIDED TO DISPATCH.

0954 HOURS- M.P.S.- CHARLES CARROLL-  N.C.P.D. S.R.O. RESPONDED TO THE SCHOOL FOR REPORT OF SEVERAL JUVENILE STUDENTS WHO HAD A GROUP "SNAPCHAT" WHERE A PICTURE OF MALE GENITALIA WAS SENT TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GROUP.   THE MEMBERS OF THE GROUP WERE UNABLE TO IDENTIFY THE SUSPECT WHO SENT THE PHOTO'S.  C.P.S. WAS NOTIFIED AND REQUESTED A COPY OF THE INCIDENT REPORT. REPORT WRITTEN

1015 HOURS- CUSTODY DISPUTE- 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER DAUGHTERS FATHER TOOK THEIR DAUGHTER WITHOUT PERMISSION AND LEFT THE LOCATION.  THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO SEEK THE SERVICES OF THE FAMILY COURTS AND FILE FOR CUSTODY.

1118 HOURS- ALARM- 8500 BLOCK FREEMONT ST. - (RETURN CALL) OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION FROM A DINING ROOM MOTION SENSOR.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURE, WITH NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY OR DAMAGE.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM, F.A.R.U. PROVIDED TO DISPATCH.

1201 HOURS- STALKING- CHARLES CARROLL- N.C.P.D. S.R.O. RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A COMPLAINT OF A STUDENT WHO WAS STALKED BY CLASSMATES THAT MADE SEXUAL ADVANCES TOWARDS THE FEMALE AND FOLLOWED HER HOME.  THE S.R.O. MADE CONTACT WITH THE FEMALE STUDENT WHO STATED THE MALES DID NOT FOLLOW HER OR MAKE INAPPROPRIATE ADVANCES TOWARDS HER. 

1223 HOURS- C.D.S. COMPLAINT- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE H.O.A. COMPLAINED OF RESIDENTS OF THE APARTMENT USING C.D.S. INSIDE THE RESIDENCE.  OFFICERS KNOCKED ON THE RESIDENCE DOOR SEVERAL TIMES WITH NEGATIVE CONTACT; THERE WAS NO ODOR OR SIGNS OF C.D.S. USE IN THE COMPLEX STAIRWELL.

1406 HOURS- FRAUD- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER CLAIMED HIS ADULT DAUGHTER WAS ABDUCTED FOR RANSOM.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, WHO THEN TOOK OFFICERS TO HIS DAUGHTERS RESIDENCE (GROOM LN, LANHAM, MD), WHERE THE DAUGHTER WAS LOCATED SAFE AND UNHARMED. THE CALLER WAS IN D.C. WHEN HE RECEIVED THE CALL ABOUT HIS DAUGHTER; THE DAUGHTER WAS NEVER ABDUCTED AND LIVES OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS.  

1430 HOURS- THEFT- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A MALE WAS STOPPED BY LOSS PREVENTION FOR STEALING CANDY. THE CANDY WAS RECOVERED BUT THE MALE REFUSED TO COOPERATE AND LEFT THE SCENE.  THE MALE WAS STOPPED IN THE AREA, POSITIVELY IDENTIFIED BY L/P, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ISSUED A CRIMINAL CITATION AND BARRING NOTICE, THEN SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT

1446 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS PERSON- 8200 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  THE SUSPECT IN A THEFT FROM PREVIOUS CALL WAS STOPPED AT THE C.V.S., THEN TRANSPORTED TO THE SHOPPERS.

1549 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER RENTAL MANAGEMENT OBSERVED A MALE WALKING A DOG WITHOUT THE DOG BEING ON A LEASH.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE MALE, WHO WAS INTOXICATED, AND THE DOG HAD SLIPPED FROM ITS COLLARED LEASH AND THE MAN WAS STRUGGLING TO CONTAIN HER.  THE DOG WAS LEASHED BY OFFICERS, ITS COLLAR ADJUSTED, AND THE MALE AND DOG WERE TRANSPORTED TO THEIR RESIDENCE ON KAREN ELAINE DRIVE.

1631 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5800 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED A VERBAL DOMESTIC DISPUTE IN THE ROADWAY.  THE MALE AND FEMALE INVOLVED WERE IDENTIFIED, PHOTOGRAPHED, ADVISED, AND THE FEMALE, WHO WAS NOT A RESIDENT, WAS SENT ON HER WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

1654 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A CITIZEN OBSERVED A CHILD SLEEPING IN A PARKED VEHICLE.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER, THEN THE CHILDS MOTHER ARRIVED AT THE VEHICLE FROM SHOPPING; THE CHILD WAS 11 YEARS OLD, TIRED, AND REQUESTED TO STAY IN THE VEHICLE TO TAKE A NAP INSTEAD OF SPENDING 10 MINUTES IN THE GROCERY STORE.  ALL PARTIES WERE ADVISED.

1747 HOURS- CDS COMPLAINT- 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER FROM ANOTHER BUILDING COMPLAINED THAT SHE COULD SMELL MARIJUANA IN HER APARTMENT COMING FROM THE LOCATION.  HANDLED BY EVENING SHIFT.

1747 hrs., CDS Complaint / 7500 block Riverdale Road, Officers responded to this location after an anonymous caller reported she could smell the oder of marijuana coming from this location. Officers canvassed both building and located nothing, no report.  
1918 hrs., Noise Complaint / 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive, The caller reported he could hear his neighbor throwing objects around and yelling. When officers arrived and heard nothing, officers attempted to make contact with the residents, however; no answer at the door — no report.
2034 hrs., Suspicious occupied vehicle / 8200 block Annapolis Road, Officers observed an occupied vehicle parked in the rear of the building. Due to recent commercial robberies of stores throughout Prince Georges' County, officers stopped the vehicle and made contact with the occupants, who stated they were waiting on their prescription to be filled; which was verified with their receipt. The two citizens were advised of the stop and sent on their way No report.    
2215 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, No report.
2305 hrs., Premise Check / 6400 block Fairborn Terrace, Officers walk through the property, no issues observed, everything precise, no report. 
0012 hrs., Premise Check / 8100 block Annapolis Road / everything clear.
0048 Hrs., Suspicious Occupied Vehicle, 6300 block Westbrook Drive, Officers observed a vehicle parked near the New Carrollton City Public Works Building. Due to recent vandalism crimes against the property, officers stopped the car. Officers made contact with the occupant who stated he just completed walking his dog at the park located nearby. The citizen resides in the area, verified by his Maryland Driver's License. A warrant check revealed nothing found, officers advised the driver the reason for the contact and sent on his way — no report.   
0100 hrs., Residential Alarm / 7300 block Sarah Street, Officers responded and made contact with the homeowner who stated the alarm is coming from the back door, and it has a low battery. The homeowner said he's already scheduled an appointment for the technician to come out No report.
0213 hrs., Premise Check / Karen Elaine Drive and Fontainebleau Drive communities, all clear no issues observed. 
0326 hrs., Premise Check / 7500 block Riverdale Road, A citizen reported a blue PT Cruiser with unknown registration plates, frequenting the area and parking at this location (rear parking lot)  for several hours with the lights off, acting suspiciously. Officers canvassed the area with nothing found — no report.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was GOA.  No Report 1134 Hours -Theft- 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for theft. The theft suspect fled on foot and was apprehended with the merchandise in his possession. The suspect was transported to the Department of Corrections for presentation of cha
