Maryland and they belong to an Audi vehicle. The registration plates recovered
to be returned to the MVA, and subsequently, the car was in violation of city

advised him that an unknown suspect came to his residence approximately 0630
hrs. looking for him and had a weapon on his person. The caller's wife
suggested the suspect is a police detective or officer. Further investigation
revealed the suspect is a Private Investigator with Castle Security and was
hired by a private Attorney to serve Court documentation to the caller.
Officers contacted the Investigator via telephone, and he provided his
License number and credentials information, which was then verified through
Maryland State Police Licensing Division and it returned validly. The caller
