1615 Disorderly/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd / the store was complaining of a male inside the store. The male was homeless attempting to stay dry. He was sent on his way

1745 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- TWO VEHICLES INVOLVED IN A MINOR COLLISION. NEITHER DRIVER CLAIMED INURES WHILE ON SCENE. OFFICERS CONDUCTED AN EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION.

1917 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 5200 - 5400 BLOCK OF 85TH AVE. - ALL CLEAR.

2037 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.

2105 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

2242 HOURS- COMMERCIAL ALARM- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - OFFICER RESPONDED FOR A ALARM, UPON ARRIVAL ALL WINDOWS AND DOORS WERE CHECKED AND SECURED.

2315 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0035 HOURS- TOW DISPUTE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  THE CALLER STATED WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TOW A VEHICLE FOR A PARKING VIOLATION THE OWNER JUMPED INTO THE DRIVER SEAT. AT THIS TIME THE DRIVER REFUSED TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND ADVISED THE OWNER SHE WOULD NEED TO PAY THE DROP FEE TO KEEP HER VEHICLE. THE OWNER COMPLIED AND THE TOW COMPANY RELEASED THE VEHICLE.

0129 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK LEGATION RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0217 HOURS- STOLEN VEHICLE- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINBLEAU DR. - THE CALLER STATED HIS GIRLFRIEND USED HIS VEHICLE AND SHE HAD NOT RETURNED IT BACK TO HIM. OFFICERS ADVISED THE CALLER TO SEEK ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE DISTRICT COURTS TO FILE CHARGES FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF MOTOR VEHICLE.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Report Written 0807 Hours - Suspicious Person - 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: An unknown caller advised a male in gray was asleep under the stairwell unresponsive. Officers responded and made contact with the subject who advised he was on the bus all night and needed a place to sleep. The male checked negative for warrants and was sent on his way. 0645 Hours -Premise Check- 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0722 Hours -Premise Check- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, but nothing was found. 0813 Hours -Vandalism- 7900 Block of Legation Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for the vandalism of a vehicle. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male.
