0630 hrs., Assist / 7600 block Vicar Street, PGPD requested NCPD assistance, to conduct a search warrant. However, it was canceled due to PGPD officers apprehending the suspect in question at a different location. No report. 
0800 hrs., Recovered Stolen / 5800 block Westbrook Drive; The Parking Enforcement Officer advised he observed what appears to be a single car accident involving a tree. The vehicle is a white Honda Civic, and it was left abandoned on the sidewalk with all airbags deployed. Officers conducted a registration check which revealed the vehicle stolen from Baltimore, Maryland on 12/11/2018. Charlie’s Towing responded and impounded the car. Teletype notified, and operator #1316, placed the vehicle as a recovered stolen. REPORT WRITTEN
0934 hrs., Disorderly / 8400 block Annapolis road, The caller (store employee) reported a customer acting disorderly due to her impatience and waiting to receive service. When Officers arrived the caller said the customer had knocked down a glass vase, however, the caller advised the customer will pay for the glass, and they came to an understanding and agreement. Both parties refused further police services, no report.   
1120 hrs., M.P.S, Longbranch & Carrollton Parkway, Several juvenile students were seen truant from school. They were apprehended and returned to School. The school administration advised they will follow up with further disciplinary actions, and their parents notified as well. REPORT WRITTEN 
1304 hrs., Commercial Hold Up Alarm / 8300 block Annapolis Road / Accidental by an employee, the store manager advised everything is alright, no report. 
1315 hrs., Disorderly / 5400 block 85th Avenue, An unknown caller reported several juveniles males loitering in front of the building, blocking the front entrance door. Officers responded and located nothing. The caller failed to provide any descriptions for a lookout — no report.   
1456 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, No report.
1730 hrs., Accident / 8100 block of Annapolis Road, Two vehicles involved in a collision, with minor property damages, and no injuries reported. Information exchanged, and both parties advised to contact their insurance provider — no report.  
1804 HOURS- ACCIDENT- RIVERDALE RD. /LAMONT DR.-  UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY, WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 2, CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TO BECAME DISABLED.  BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING.  A.C.R.S. COMPLETED. REPORT WRITTEN

1902 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7300 BLOCK LONGBRANCH DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HAVING BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN THE PAST.  OFFICERS DETERMINED THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED 7 DAYS PRIOR IN RIVERDALE, MD.  THE CALLER WAS ADVISED AND NO POLICE ACTION WAS TAKEN.

1912 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR A JUVENILE THAT WAS PLACED UNTO FOSTER CARE, BUT NO ONE HAD ARRANGED TO PICK HIM UP AFTER SCHOOL.  WHILE OFFICERS WERE ON SCENE, THE JUVENILES FOSTER CARE ADULT ARRIVED ON SCENE AFTER SHE WAS CONTACTED BY C.P.S. REPORT WRITTEN

1945 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

2007 HOURS- BURGLARY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT BROKE INTO THE RESIDENCE, TOOK A LAPTOP AND CHRISTMAS GIFTS, THEN FLED THE SCENE MAKING GOOD OF THEIR ESCAPE.  DETECTIVE ROBINSON RESPONDED TO SCENE, THE SCENE WAS PROCESSED, AND THE CALLER WAS PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

2050 HOURS- NOISE COMPLAINT- 7600 BLOCK FOUNTAINEBLEAU DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER A NEIGHBOR COMPLAINED OF A CHILD RUNNING AND MAKING NOISE.  ALL PARTIES WERE MET AND ADVISED.

2135 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2153 HOURS- DISORDERLY- METRO POINTS 5-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER HOTEL MANAGEMENT COMPLAINED OF A PATRON WHO VIOLATED A T/A RENTAL AGREEMENT.  THE PATRON AND T/A MANAGEMENT RESOLVED THE ISSUE AND THE PATRON WAS ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON SCENE.

2224 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 8400 BLOCK RAVENSWOOD RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED HER GRANDMOTHERS VEHICLE STOLEN.  THE CALLER KNEW HER MOTHER-IN-LAW TOOK THE VEHICLE, BUT WAS WORRIED SHE WOULD NOT RETURN IT.  THE CALLER WAS REFERRED TO THE COMMISSIONER FOR U.U.V. CHARGES.

2248 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE (RCOP)- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED TWO SUSPICIOUS VEHICLES AT THE LOCATION PARKED ILLEGALLY.  BOTH VEHICLES WERE ISSUED PARKING CITATIONS.

2319 HOURS- LOUD MUSIC- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM THE RESIDENCE.  THE RESIDENT WAS MET, ADVISED OF THE NOISE ORDINANCE/COMPLAINT AND THE MUSIC WAS TURNED OFF.

0657 Hours - Stolen Auto - 7700 Block of Riverdale Road: An unknown suspect stole the victim's vehicle during the overnight hours fleeing in an unknown direction. The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into.
