0741 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. -  ALL CLEAR.  

0800 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 6200 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR.

0935 HOURS - VEHICLE RELEASE - N.C.P.D HQ -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A VEHICLE RELEASE, HOWEVER UPON ARRIVAL, THE CALLER DID NOT HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE GRANTED A VEHICLE RELEASE FORM, HE WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT.

1040 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA FOR POTENTIAL SOLICITORS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION BY THE C.O.P. YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS. ALL CLEAR. NO REPORT. 

1125 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 7800 BLOCK OF RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.

1130 HOURS - SCHOOL ALARM – 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM GOING OFF LOCATED TO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS WERE CHECKED AND SECURED. APPEARED TO BE VACANT, UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR ACTIVATION. NO REPORT.

1151 HOURS - VEHICLE RELEASE - N.C.P.D. HQ - OFFICERS RESPONDED BACK TO THE LOCATION FOR THE PRIOR VEHICLE RELEASE. THE CALLER HAD ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND WAS GRANTED THE VEHICLE RELEASE. NO REPORT.

 1254 HOURS - FAMILY DISPUTE – 8100 BLOCK GAVIN STREET - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DISPUTE BETWEEN A MOTHER AND JUVENILE DAUGHTER. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH BOTH PARTIES. EVIDENTLY, THE MOTHER TOOK HER DAUGHTER'S CELLPHONE AS A DISCIPLINARY METHOD BECAUSE SHE HAD BEEN TRUANT FROM SCHOOL. THE DAUGHTER GOT UPSET WHEN HER MOTHER DESTROYED HER CELLPHONE AND SLAPPED HER MOTHER IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. THERE WERE NO INJURIES OBSERVED OR REPORTED. THE DAUGHTER SUFFERS FROM ADHD AMONG OTHER BEHAVIORAL ISSUES AND IS CURRENTLY SEEING A PSYCHIATRIST. THE JUVENILE ELECTED TO STAY IN HER ROOM TO DIFFUSE THE INCIDENT. BOTH PARTIES WERE PROVIDED RESOURCES AND CASE NUMBERS. REPORT WRITTEN

1341 HOURS - NOISE COMPLAINT – 7500 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION WHICH WAS SILENT. THE CALLER WANTED TO BE MET AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION, SHE WAS MET WITH AND ADVISED. NO REPORT.

1355 HOURS - NOISE COMPLAINT – 7700 BLOCK AREHART DR. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER RECEIVING AN ANONYMOUS CALL ABOUT LOUD MUSIC. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS DID NOT HEAR ANY NOISE COMING FROM THE BUILDING. THE BUILDING WAS SECURED AND THERE WAS NO CALLER INFORMATION, THEREFORE NO REPORT.

1425 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 5500 BLOCK OF KAREN ELAINE DR. - ALL CLEAR.

1509 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. - ALL CLEAR.  

1538 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 8400 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD. - ALL CLEAR. 

1650 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK - 6300 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR. - ALL CLEAR.

1728 HOURS - WELFARE CHECK – 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN ANONYMOUS CALL ABOUT A MALE THAT HAD FALLEN AND WAS STUMBLING AROUND THE PARKING LOT NEAR A STORE. AFTER CANVASSING THE AREA OFFICERS OBSERVED THE MALE WALKING IN FRONT OF THE LOCATION. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO THE MALE, HOWEVER HE REFUSED. THE MALE DID NOT DISPLAY ANY INJURIES, HE DID HAVE A SLIGHT ODOR OF AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE EMINATING FROM HIS BREATH, HOWEVER HE DID NOT APPEAR TO BE INJURED OR DISHEVELED. NO REPORT.

1820 hours- Suspicious Person- 7600 block Riverdale road: The caller stated that an unknown male subject was loitering in the hallway. Officer's made contact with the male subject, who stated he was in the building staying warm while he waited for his ride. While interviewing the male subject his ride arrived. The male subject was then sent on his way without incident.

1909 hours- loud music complain- 6100 block Lamont Drive: The caller stated that there's loud music coming from a unknown vehicle. By the time officer's arrived on scene the vehicle was GOA.

1916 hours- Premise check- 8400 block Annapolis Road: All clear.  

2040 hours- Premise check- 5400 & 5300 block of 85th Avenue: All clear.

2113 hours- Premise check- 7700 & 7800 block of Riverdale Road: All clear. 

2238 hours- Suspicious Person- 7700 block Riverdale Road: While patrolling officer's observed 3 males sitting in the vehicle. Officers made contact with the occupants of the vehicle. While officers attempted to advise the three male subjects for the stop one of the males became disorderly. A warrant check was conducted through police communication yielding in negative results. All subjects were again advised for the stop and sent on their way without further incident. Report written

2325 hours- Premise check- 8500 block Annapolis Road: All clear.

1155 hours- Stalking Complaint- 8300 block Donoghue Drive: The caller stated he attended a party in Laurel. The caller then stated as he was driving home he believed that people from the party that he knew had been following him to his residence. Officers arrived on scene and canvassed the area with negative results. Officers then made contact with the caller who also stated the people had been calling and texting him. The caller wouldn't provide any further details of the incident as to why these people would be following him. Officers advised the caller to seek further assistance through the district courts.

0025 hours- Loud music complain: The caller stated that his landlord kids are running upstairs and he can't sleep. Officer's met the landlord and they were advised.

0023 hours- Assault/ Theft call- 8300 block Annapolis Road: Off-duty officer's called out with a disorderly person, When officer's arrived on location the off-duty officer advised us that the disorderly refused to pay his bill. When the off-duty officer instructed the defendant to leave, the defendant then charged at the officer assaulting him. Officers arrived on scene and placed the defendant under arrest and transported the defendant to the department of corrections for presentation of charges. Once officers arrived at Upper Marlboro DOC correctional officers observed a small abrasion and refused to take in the arrest. The officer then transported the defendant to the Southern Maryland Hospital. Report written

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
