0739 hrs., Premise Check / 5328-5334 85th avenue, Officers checked the area of the torched buildings, everything clear, private security on the scene. No report.
0844 hrs., Accident / 5800 block Mentana Street,   Two vehicles involved in an accident, minor property damages, no injuries reported and information exchanged- no report.
0925 hrs., Domestic Standby / 7800 block Riverdale Road,  The caller reported she met her child's father at the daycare center to ask him to retrieve her property from their residence. However, the home location is in Temple Hills, Maryland; both parties were advised to return home and contact the authorities-no report. 
1056 hrs., Fraud / 7700 block Sondra Court, No fraud verified, the caller wanted to reported she received two handicap placards for her vehicle, however; she only paid for one. She was advised to return the duplicate card to the Motor Vehicle Administration. No report.   
1114 hrs.,  Vehicle Fire / 7500 block Riverdale Road, The caller advised she was driving in the 7500 block of Riverdale Road, and heard "popping noise" coming from her engine. She pulled over and noticed smoke coming from her hood. The vehicle caught on fire and burned. West Lanham Hills VFD responded and assisted with the incident. No injuries reported and the caller called a private Towing company to remove the vehicle from the parking lot-no report. 
1340 hrs., Check Welfare / 5500 block Karen Elaine Drive, A caller reported a male laying on the ground. Officers responded, made contact with the suspect known to NCPD from the previous connections and is known to use dangerous substances. EMT's responded on scene, completed their assessment and advised the suspect is on a controlled dangerous substance known to be Phencyclidine. Officers placed the suspect into custody and transported him to Washington Adventist Hospital, for an emergency petition. REPORT WRITTEN  
1240 hrs., Burglary / 6400 block Inlet Street, The caller reported she observed two suspects broke into her residence, stole a TV and then fled in a green Honda Accord. Officers located the vehicle nearby, and a vehicle pursuit occurred. The suspects fled into Washington, D.C.; no officers sustained any injuries. NCPD CID responded on scene and command staff notified. REPORT WRITTEN  
1535 hrs., Stolen Auto / 5400 block 85th Ave, The caller reported his friend walked inside his residence asked for his keys so that he can open the laundry room in the basement of the building. However, instead the gentleman took his vehicle. The caller gave the friend permission to come inside his residence and to take possession of his keys to his car and now wanted to report the car stolen. The caller advised, no report.
1820 Hours - Premise Check - 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave - All clear.  

1845 Hours - Premise Check - 6200 Block of 87th Ave - All clear.

1909 Hours - Breaking & Entering – 6500 block Inlet Street - Officers responded to the location and made contact with the caller who stated that at approximately 1300 hours her mother entered the residence and discovered the house had been ransacked by unknown suspect(s) who entered from an unsecured kitchen window. All that was stolen was $100.00 from a bedroom drawer. Det. Sgt. Robinson #3149 was notified. REPORT WRITTEN  

2007 Hours - Child Custody Dispute – 7800 block Riverdale Road -  Officers responded to the location and made contact with the caller who was outside the residence attempting to get his daughter based on an emergency temporary custody order granted by Anne Arundel County. Officers were able execute the order and the child was released to the care and custody of her father, the caller. Anne Arundel County C.P.S. and a family member the child was staying with arrived to the scene and a dispute ensued. Officers were able to deescalate the matter and advise all parties involved to seek further assistance from the courts. The caller and the child left without further incident. REPORT WRITTEN  

2106 Hours - Return call (Child Custody Dispute) 7800 block Riverdale Road - An Officer spoke with the caller, the child's mother via phone, she was not on scene. The caller was upset Officers complied with the court order. The caller hung up on the Officer while he tried to explain the circumstances. No report.

2253 Hours - Premise Check - 8100 block Annapolis Road - All clear.

2331 Hours - Premise Check - 8400 Block of Annapolis Rd - All clear.

0135 Hours - Premise Check - 7800 Block of Riverdale Road - All clear.

0326 Hours - Premise Check – 7700 block Riverdale Road - All clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
