0555 HOURS- ASSIST MOTORIST- ANNAPOLIS RD. /VETERANS PKWY.-  OFFICERS OBSERVED A VEHICLE DISABLED IN THE ROADWAY.  OFFICERS CONDUCTED TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES UNTIL THE OWNER REMOVED THE VEHICLE FROM THE TRAVEL LANE.

0643 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0710 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0813 HOURS- ALARM- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ENTRY DOOR ALARM.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE RESIDENCE SECURED WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM.

0850 HOURS- LOCKOUT- 6400 BLOCK FAIRBORN TERR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN INFANT LOCKED IN A RUNNING VEHICLE.  OFFICERS UTILIZED A LOCKOUT KIT AND THE CALLER GAINED ACCESS TO HER VEHICLE AND CHILD.

0911 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 8600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.- UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD AND WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 2, CAUSING BOTH VEHICLES TO BE DISABLED.  THE DRIVERS OF BOTH VEHICLES CLAIMED INJURY AND WERE TRANSPORTED TO AREA HOSPITALS.  BOTH VEHICLES WERE IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING FOR SAFEKEEPING. REPORT WRITTEN

1003 HOURS- PROPERTY DAMAGE- 8300 BLOCK QUINTANA ST.-  THE CALLER REPORTED A STONE STRUCK HIS WINDSHIELD AS HE WAS CUTTING GRASS AT THE LOCATION.  THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT HIS INSURANCE COMPANY TO REPORT THE DAMAGE.

1035 HOURS- IDENTITY THEFT- NCPD H.Q.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO NCPD H.Q. AFTER A CITIZEN WALK-IN CLAIMED HER IDENTITY HAD BEEN STOLEN BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT.  THE CITIZEN FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION ON-LINE AND FELT UNCOMFORTABLE AFTER SUBMITTING IT; NO THEFT WAS VERIFIED, THE CITIZEN WAS ADVISED TO MONITOR HER CREDIT REPORT.

1201 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1233 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1305 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1415 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1506 HOURS- DISORDERLY- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN IRATE CUSTOMER WHO DEMANDED A REFUND FOR A DEPOSIT FOR FURNITURE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED.  THE CUSTOMER WAS MET, ADVISED THE MATTER IS A CIVIL CONTRACT DISPUTE AND WAS REFERRED TO THE COURTS FOR SERVICES.

1606 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1633 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

2000 Hrs., Disorderly 8200 block Annapolis Road / Store manager, reported a male outside in front of the business panhandling. The unknown suspect left before officers arrived, a canvass of the area was conducted with nothing found. No report.
2300 Hrs., Noise Complaint / 5400 block 85th Avenue / an unknown caller reported several people at this address on the balcony outside, arguing and causing a disturbance. Officers responded and made contact with the problem half. They stated there were no issues and just having a conversation. They were instructed to lower their voices. No report.        
0041 Hrs., Premise Check / 5200-5400 Block of 85th Avenue / all clear. 
0136 Hrs., Premise Check / 7700-7800 block of Riverdale Road / all clear.
0215 Hrs., Premise Check / 8100 block Annapolis Road / all clear
0359 Hrs., Suspicious Person 5307 85th Avenue, Officers conducting a premise check, and observed a male suspect attempting to conceal himself between two parked vehicles. Due to the recent theft from autos, and with reasonable suspicion, officers stopped and detained the unknown individual later identified by his Texas driver's license. The citizen stated he was standing outside waiting for his girlfriend to exit her residence. A warrant check performed with negative results. Officers advised the gentleman for the reason of contact, and then sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
