1030 Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd no issues reported, area was clear

1110 Premise Check/ 6400 block Fairborn Terr. / area was clear

1430 Warrant Service/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd the arrested request EMS. Officers checked the arrested for warrants with positive results for ARMED ROBBERY. The arrested was immediately taken into custody and transported to DOC Regional Processing for service of warrant. REPORT WRITTEN

1920 hrs., Lamont Dr. at Verona Dr. / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2000 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

2050 hrs., Business check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

2130 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Suspicious vehicle unoccupied, caller stated an unknown silver Honda vehicle pulled in her driveway and the driver was gone.  Officers arrived to speak to the homeowner and discovered they did not need our assistance due to the vehicle leaving and it was a family member.   They had called to cancel as we were on scene.

2215 hrs., Business check/ Lowes, check clear.

2223 hrs., 8300 block Quentin St/ Suspicious vehicle unoccupied, caller stated there was a vehicle blocking the driveway.  Officers arrived to locate a vehicle stopped at the intersection of Jodie St and Quentin St with its four ways flashing.  Officers located a female in close proximity to the vehicle who advised it was hers and she ran out of gas.  She was waiting for another vehicle to pick her up and purchase gas to fill the tank and move the vehicle.  The vehicle was not blocking any driveways or intersections at this time.

2240 hrs., Business check/ New Carrollton Park (Good Luck Rd), check clear.

2300 hrs., Advance Auto/ Suspicious male passed out, Officers arrived to see a male passed out on the sidewalk in front of the business.  Officers woke up the male to discover he was intoxicated.  While speaking with Officers the male stated he did not have any medical conditions that required fireboard, and that he was just trying to get home after work.  Officers located a family member’s residence and they stated we could take him there to be watched for his intoxication.  RCOP and Field Observation was completed.

2317 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Suspicious person, caller stated a male came into the hotel stating he had a yellow piece of paper from NCPD stating he was homeless and they would give him a room, but he could not produce it.  While speaking to the male we discovered he had been kicked out of his residence and the yellow paper was a citation issued at an earlier date.  The male wanted a place to sleep, shower, and get a hot meal.  Officers were able to accommodate and after several phone calls had him placed in a homeless shelter in DC.  

2330 hrs., 8100 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Assist fire board, Officers observed a female walking in the parking lot then just lose her balance and fell face first onto the ground.  Due to the possible severity of the injury fire board was called and transported her to the hospital for treatment.

0008 hrs., 8400 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0015 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0030 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Riverdale Rd/  Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0045 hrs., Heritage Square Apartments/ Suspicious Persons, security approached Officers and advised them there were two males on the basketball court refusing to leave.  Officers talked to the males and advised them about the hours and they males cooperated and left with no issues.  They advised they did not know about the hours of closure and stated they will not do it again.

0100 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

0130 hrs., 8300 block Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious person, Officers observed a male sitting at the tables on the sidewalk asleep.  Male stated he was walking and sat down to rest and fell asleep.  He was checked, advised, and sent on his way.

0200 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0210 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

0220 hrs., School check/ Robert Frost Elementary School, check clear.

0230 hrs., School check/ Lamont Elementary School, check clear.

0235 hrs., Good Luck Rd at Jodie St/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0250 hrs., 8600 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0305 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0320 hrs., Fountainebleau Dr. at Karen Elaine Dr. / Traffic stop, Officers discovered the tag on the vehicle stopped was issued a pick up order several months ago.  Officers took the tag, placed them into property, issued the driver several citations, and impounded the vehicle. REPORT WRITTEN
