0655 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

0721 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

0849 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 8100 BLOCK GAVIN ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DISPUTE BETWEEN A GRANDFATHER AND HIS GRANDSON.  THE CALLER HAS BEEN ADVISED NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST TO FILE FOR EVICTION OF HIS DAUGHTER AND GRANDSON; THE CALLER WAS AGAIN ADVISED TO SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM THE DISTRICT COURT COMMISSIONER. THE CALLER REFUSED ALL OTHER POLICE SERVICES. THE GRANDSON WAS G.O.A. (VIA TELEPHONE).

0928 HOURS- STOLEN AUTO- 8300 BLOCK LARCHWOOD ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A STOLEN VEHICLE.  OFFICERS DETERMINED THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FROM A T/A OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED TO CONTACT P.G.P.D. WITH THE ALTERNATE LOCATION OF WHERE SHE LEFT THE VEHICLE.

1018 HOURS- BURGLARY- 8500 BLOCK OLIVER ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN INTERIOR MOTION.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED A BROKEN WINDOW, MADE ENTRY TO THE LOCATION, CLEARED AND SECURED THE SCENE.  AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT BROKE THE RESIDENCE WINDOW, MADE ENTRY TO THE RESIDENCE, AND THEN FLED THE SCENE BY UNKNOWN MEANS MAKING GOOD OF THEIR ESCAPE.  THE HOMEOWNER RESPONDED TO SCENE, AND CONFIRMED NO ITEMS WERE TAKEN DURING THIS INCIDENT.  DET. ROBINSON AND DET. MONGE WERE NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO SCENE.  REPORT WRITTEN

1030 HOURS- ALARM- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE SPRINT STORE FOR A HOLD UP ALARM.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH STORE EMPLOYEE'S WHO STATED THE CONTRACTED ALARM COMPANY HAD SERVICED THE SYSTEM AND NO EMERGENCY SITUATION HAD TRANSPIRED.  

1226 HOURS- SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE- 7900 BLOCK LEGATION RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER THE CALLER REPORTED A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE PARKED IN FRONT OF HIS HOME FOR SEVERAL WEEKS.  THE VEHICLE WAS LEGALLY PARKED, REGISTERED LOCALLY, AND NOT REPORTED STOLEN. THE VEHICLE WAS ISSUED A 72 HOUR TOW NOTIFICATION FOR EXTENDED PARKING.

1320 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8500 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1441 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1545 HOURS- LOCKOUT- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A FEMALE WHO LOCKED HER KEYS IN HER VEHICLE.  OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE VEHICLE AND THE FEMALE RECOVERED HER KEYS.

1637 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1722 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6200 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  ALL CLEAR.

1845 Hrs., Accident / 6900 block Good Luck Road / Three vehicles involved an accident, with no injuries reported, property damages only and information exchanged. No report.  
1916 Hrs., Disorderly / 7700 block Arehart Drive / The caller involved in a Land Lord/Tenant Dispute, requested officers to stand by while she retrieved some property from her residence. Officers advised the caller to seek further assistance from the Prince George’s County Sheriff Office, to collect her remaining property from the unit. No report.   
2040 Hrs., Family Dispute / 5300 block 85th Avenue / Communications advised the caller was involved in a verbal dispute with her daughter. When officers arrived, the caller stated she did not want to get her daughter in trouble and refused police services. No report.    
2228 Hrs., Hit & Run / Annapolis Road and Veteran's Parkway (Intersection) / Unit-1 struck Unit-2 in the rear, failed to stop and remained on the scene, then fled Eastbound Annapolis Road making good of an escape. No injuries reported and Unit-2 impounded by Charlies Towing for safe keeping.  REPORT WRITTEN
0108 Hrs., Assist / 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Drive / NCPD officers responded to assist Prince George's County Police with a vehicle pursuit/bailout that started on Annapolis Road. During the foot pursuit, NCPD officers located a loaded handgun, discarded by the suspect several feet from where he was apprehended. No officers injured in this incident, and all investigations responsibilities handled by PGPD. NC-3 responded on the scene. No report.     
0145 Hrs., Disorderly / 8400 block Annapolis Road / Store employee reported a customer had stolen some merchandise. However, he failed to verify the property taken or an approximate dollar amount for the stolen merchandise. No report.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
