0600 hrs., Premise Check/ 5800 block Westbrook Dr. / All Clear.

0700 hrs., Welfare Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / caller advised he had been riding his bike for 4 miles and needed state police to check him out. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with caller who advised he wanted state police to take a report for him instead of New Carrollton. Caller was advised and sent on his way.

0715 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ All Clear.

0845 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / All Clear.

0920 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

0940 hrs., Disorderly/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / Caller advised someone came into the T/A and threatened to shoot one of the employees. Officers responded on scene and spoke with the manager who advised no one threatened them and that everything was fine there.

1000 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Gavin St/ All Clear.

1118 hrs., Disorderly/ 8200 block Annapolis Rd / Caller advised there was a fight ready to happen in the parking lot. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with both parties who advised they weren't fighting; they were having a verbal argument. Both parties were advised and sent on their way.

1130 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd (Foodway)/ All Clear.

1245 hrs., Premise Check/ 6419 85th Ave (Robert Frost Elem)/ All Clear.

1332 hrs., Theft/ 8201 Annapolis Rd - Caller advised there was a woman attempting to steal clothes. Officers responded to scene and spoke with the subject in question, who advised officers it was her birthday and she was stealing an outfit for her birthday. The female was advised she was banned from the store and sent on her way. REPORT WRITTEN

1335 hrs., Welfare Check/ 6500 block Lamont Dr. / Caller advised she wanted her neighbor to get checked out because she believed he had overdose on heroin. Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the male in question who advised he was fine and didn't need medical attention. Fireboard came on scene and took his vitals. Afterwards he advised them he no longer needed them and that he was fine.

1430 hrs., Premise Check/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd / All Clear.

1520 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / All Clear.

1601 hrs., Premise Check/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd / All Clear.

1710 hrs., Premise Check/ 8500 block 85th Ave / All Clear.

1845 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1915 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1950 hrs., School check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

2035 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Traffic complaint, caller stated she had to leave and a vehicle was blocking her from getting out.  As Officers approached the area they were cancelled by the caller due to the vehicle moving.

2104 hrs., Veterans Hwy and Annapolis Rd/ Suspicious Person, male was in the middle of the roadway soliciting for money from drivers.  Officers stopped him, gathered his information, and issued him a citation.  He was checked and sent on his way. REPORT WRITTEN

2145 hrs., 5700 Block of 85th Ave/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

2230 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. / Loud noise, caller stated the children above him were walking around too loudly.  When Officers arrived the noise had stopped and the caller was advised.

2330 hrs., Business check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.

2350 hrs., Business check/ Shell Gas station, check clear.

0035 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0050 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave (Foot Patrol), check clear.

0100 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0113 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Suspicious vehicle occupied, Officers located a male and female parked in the vehicle outside of the building.  Both parties were checked and learned the male half lived in the apartment complex.  He advised they were in the vehicle talking due to family being in his apartment he did not want to wake up this late.  They were both advised and sent on their way. REPORT WRITTEN

0233 hrs., Riverdale Rd @ Mahoney Dr./ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

0250 hrs., Business check/ 7-11 (Foot Patrol), check clear.

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
