THE AREA FOR REPORT OF A MALE AND FEMALE ARGUING IN A PARKED VEHICLE.
OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH BOTH PARTIES, WHO REFUSED POLICE SERVICES AND STATED
THEY WERE NOT ARGUING, THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO FIND PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT THEY
HAD DROPPED.

RESPONDED TO THE STATION AFTER A CITIZEN WALKED IN AND CLAIMED THEY WERE
DEFRAUDED BY A CELL PHONE COMPANY. INVESTIGATION ON SCENE REVEALED THE
ISSUE WAS AN ONGOING DISPUTE FROM 2015 FOR A PHONE THE CITIZEN FAILED TO RETURN
TO HER CARRIER. THE CITIZEN WAS ADVISED.

STATED TWO MALES AND A FEMALE WHERE WALKING AROUND KNOCKING ON APARTMENT DOORS.
OFFICERS ARRIVED ON SCENE AND MADE CONTACT WITH THREE SUBJECTS MATCHING THE
DESCRIPTION. ALL THREE SUBJECTS WERE STOPPED AND IDENTIFIED WITH WARRANT CHECKS
NEGATIVE. ALL THREE SUBJECT WERE ADVISED OF THE TRESPASSING LAWS AND LOITERING
ORDINANCES AND THEN SENT ON THEIR WAY WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

ON PATROL OFFICERS OBSERVED A MALE SUBJECT ARGUING WITH THE STORE MANAGER. THE
MANAGER STATED THE MALE SUBJECT HAD BEEN OUTSIDE OF THE STORE SELLING CD'S. THE
MALE SUBJECT STATED HE HAD BEEN PASSING OUT COPIES OF HIS MUSIC FOR FREE AND
WAS UNAWARE HE WAS IN VIOLATION OF ANY LAWS OR ORDINANCES. THE MALE SUBJECT WAS
ADVISED AND SENT ON HIS WAY. REPORT

Hrs., Trespassing Complaint / 8100 block Gavin Street, Caller reported his
son's friends were trespassing and wanted them gone. Upon officers' arrival,
the unwanted guests had already left, and the caller refused further
police services. No report.

Hrs., Suspicious Person / 8400 block Annapolis Road, The
caller (employee) stated, a male standing outside in front of
the business panhandling and bothering customers. Officers responded,
made contact with the gentleman who said he needed money to buy food because he
was hungry. A warrant check conducted with negative results. Officers assisted
and purchased food for the citizen, he was advised and sent on his way. No
report.

Hrs., Tow Dispute / Annapolis Road & Riverdale Road (Intersection),
Police Communications advised the caller (tow truck driver) required
police assistance for an unruly customer who was preventing him
from leaving and refusing to provide the "drop fee." Officers
responded and located no signs of a dispute in the area, officers then
contacted the caller via telephone, who stated the customer subsequently paid
the cost and the transaction was completed, which ended the conflict. The
caller said he required no further police services, no report.

Hrs., Unknown Trouble / 5300 block 85th Avenue, Communications advised of a 911
hang-up at this location, however, they did not have an unit-# for an accurate
position. Officers checked all the apartments in the building and subsequently
made contact with the caller in Unit-#12. The caller then stated he was involved
in a verbal dispute with his older brother, however, refused further police
services because his brother departed before officers arrived. No report.

Hrs., Suspicious Occupied Vehicle / 8500 block Legation Road / conducting a
premise check at this location. Officers observed a vehicle parked, with no
lights illuminated and the engine running. Officers made contact with two
occupants, who stated they were talking, discussing issues in their
relationship. A warrant check conducted for both occupants’ revealed negative
results. The driver presented his driver's license which matched an address nearby.
Both citizens were informed for the reason of contact and sent on their way. No

ex-boyfriend's sister was at her front door, knocking on it and shouting
profanities. The suspect left before officers arrived. The caller refused
to discuss the issue at this time between her and the suspect, and no
longer required further police services. Officers instructed the caller to
notify the authorities if her ex-boyfriend's sister returns. No report.

her ex-boyfriend was outside her door, asking to spend the night. Upon officers
arrival, the suspect was gone. The caller stated she had to wake up early in
the morning and only wanted him to leave, and refused further police services.

residence and the surrounding area which revealed negative results. No report.

inside the park after hours. Officers made contact with the couple who advised
