0557 HOURS- ASSAULT- 6100 BLOCK WESTBROOK DR.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF SEVERAL MALES FIGHTING.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE VICTIM BLEEDING FROM SEVERAL LACERATIONS SUFFERED WHEN THE SUSPECT ASSAULTED HIM WITH A CARPET KNIFE.  THE SUSPECT FLED THE SCENE PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL. THE VICTIM WAS TREATED ON SCENE, THEN TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR FURTHER MEDICAL SERVICES.  DETECTIVE ROBINSON AND NCPD3 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT; DET. ROBINSON AND DET. MONGE RESPONDED TO THE SCENE FOR INVESTIGATION. REPORT WRITTEN

1040 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 OPEN LINE WITH NO SOUNDS OF DISTRESS.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH T/A MANAGEMENT AND DISCOVERED THERE WAS NO EMERGENCY AND A TECHNICAL ISSUE CAUSED THE EMERGENCY CALL.

1120 HOURS- DISPUTE- 8100 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A CUSTOMER DISPUTE OVER RETURNED CAR PARTS.  OFFICERS MET THE CUSTOMER, WHO WAS ADVISED THE ISSUE WAS CIVIL.

1202 HOURS- STATION CALL- 6016 PRINCESS GARDEN PKWY- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO NCPD HQ FOR A CITIZEN WHO WAS DEPRESSED AND WANTED HELP.  THE CITIZEN AGREED TO BE TRANSPORTED TO P.G.H. FOR A VOLUNTARY E.P.S.; P.G.F.D. RESPONDED TO THE STATION AND THE CITIZEN WAS TRANSPORTED FOR EVALUATION

1320 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 7400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A REPORT OF A HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT.  OFFICERS MET THE CALLER, WHO BECAME UNCOOPERATIVE AND REFUSED POLICE SERVICES.  NO ACCIDENT VERIFIED.

1523 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  ALL CLEAR.

1536 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7600 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS ON PATROL OBSERVED TWO VEHICLES DAMAGED AFTER A COLLISION.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1606 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1643 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER AN ANONYMOUS CITIZEN REPORTED A MALE UNCONSCIOUS BEHIND THE T/A.  OFFICERS CANVASSED THE AREA AND LOCATED THE MALE, WHO WAS WALKING IN THE SHOPPING CENTER. THE MALE WAS OK, AND DECLINED POLICE/MEDICAL SERVICES.

1732 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7800 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-   UNIT 1 STRUCK UNIT 2 AND WAS SUBSEQUENTLY STRUCK BY UNIT 3, CAUSING DAMAGE TO ALL 3 VEHICLES.  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO SCENE AND FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.  NO INJURIES TO THE INVOLVED PARTIES, ALL VEHICLES WERE DRIVEN FROM SCENE.

1800-2000 Assist / 6100 Block of Westbrook Drive, Patrol officers assisted (NCPD) C.I.D Detectives execute a search warrant without any incident.  All clear, no report. 
2045 Hrs., Premise Check 8300 block Annapolis Road all clear 
2147 Hrs., Disorderly 8300 block Annapolis Road / Store manager reported he refused to serve several patrons because they were already intoxicated when they entered the establishment. The patrons then threatened to cause bodily harm to the manager, prompting him to call the authorities. Upon officer’s arrival, they noticed two vehicles in the parking lot, in front of the restaurant, with broken windows. Officers located the manager and a customer from the business. They advised the cars belong to them. However, they did not witness any crime.  REPORT WRITTEN
2345 hrs., Lost Property 5400 block 85th Avenue/ Caller reported he lost his wallet in a different jurisdiction. Officers informed the caller of his options. However, the caller refused further police services. No report. 
1227 hrs., Notification 6000 block 85th place Crofton Police Department requested New Carrollton Officers to respond to the listed address to search for a vehicle that's involved in a crime that occurred in their jurisdiction and to locate the owner. Officers made contact with the owner who stated the vehicle is currently in her sister's possession and she resides in Glenarden, Maryland. C.P.D notified, all clear, no report.

0218 Hrs., Premise check  / 8400 block of Annapolis Road / all clear

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
