ON PATROL OBSERVED SEVERAL JUVENILES TRUANT FROM SCHOOL. THE JUVENILES
WERE STOPPED, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, AND WHILE BEING
RELEASED TO THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT/GUARDIANS, BOTH JUVENILES STATED THEY
WANTED TO COMMIT SUICIDE. THE JUVENILES WERE TRANSPORTED FROM SCENE TO
LAUREL REGIONAL FOR EMERGENCY EVALUATION. REPORT WRITTEN

8100 BLOCK GAVIN ST. - RESIDENT REPORTED A TEENAGER STRUCK HIS
VEHICLE MIRROR WITH HIS HAND, CAUSING THE MIRROR TO SHATTER. THE RESIDENT
PROVIDED A DVD FROM HIS HOME SECURITY CAMERA SHOWING THE SUSPECT VANDALIZING
THE VEHICLE. THE DVD WAS ENTERED INTO NCPD PROPERTY, AND THE RESIDENT WAS
PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THIS INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DISABLED VEHICLE BLOCKING THE TRAVEL
LANE. THE VEHICLE DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO MAKE TOW ARRANGEMENTS IN A TIMELY
MANNER, AND HER VEHICLE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY IMPOUNDED BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

TWO VEHICLE COLLISION BLOCKING TRAVEL LANES. OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE
ACCIDENT WAS OUTSIDE CITY JURISDICTION AND REFERRED THE INCIDENT TO
"D" SECTOR, ONE OFF DUTY OFFICER FROM AN ALLIED AGENCY WAS ON SCENE

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF AN INJURED JUVENILE UNDER A PICK-UP
TRUCK. OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE JUVENILE WAS RIDING HIS BICYCLE AND STRUCK
A PARKED VEHICLE. THE JUVENILE WAS TREATED ON SCENE FOR A HEAD INJURY
THEN TRANSPORTED TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL BY P.G.F.D. THE JUVENILES PARENTS
WERE NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL; THE OWNER OF THE PARKED
VEHICLE WAS LOCATED, PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS AND ADVISED OF THE INCIDENT.

RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A CHILD BEING BEATEN IN THE BACK YARD
OF A NEIGHBORING RESIDENCE. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH SEVERAL RESIDENTS
IN THE AREA, BUT WERE UNABLE TO LOCATE THE CHILD OR THE PARENT INVOLVED IN THE
ASSAULT. NO ASSAULT WAS VERIFIED AND THE CALLER REFUSED TO BE IDENTIFIED
OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE ON POLICE CALL BACK. OFFICERS INTERVIEWED THE OWNER
OF THE PROPERTY AND DOCUMENTED THE INCIDENT AND INTERVIEW FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
