0715 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0925 HOURS- ALARM- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE K & G FOR AN ALARM.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE T/A SECURE WITH NO SIGNS OF DAMAGE OR FORCED ENTRY.  UNKNOWN CAUSE FOR THE ALARM ACTIVATION.

0950 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

1008 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 KAREN ELAINE DR. -  ALL CLEAR.

1052 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

1113 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1155 HOURS- ARMED PERSON- METRO POINTS- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE T/A AFTER THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE CALLED 911 ON BEHALF OF AN UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE GUEST WHO CLAIMED SHE WAS HARASSED BY A MALE WITH A GUN.  OFFICERS SPOKE TO THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE, WHO WAS UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE FEMALES NAME, PHONE NUMBER, OR ROOM NUMBER, AS HE WAS CONTACTED BY CELLPHONE ABOUT THE COMPLAINT.  OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA AND SPOKE WITH EMPLOYEES AND GUESTS, NONE OF WHICH REPORTED ANYTHING UNUSUAL.  NO WEAPON VERIFIED, NO COMPLAINANT IDENTIFIED.

1211 HOURS- UNKNOWN TROUBLE- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 OPEN LINE.  OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE RESIDENT, AND DISCOVERED THE FEMALES 6 YEAR OLD SON WAS PLAYING ON THE PHONE AND ACCIDENTALLY DIALED EMERGENCY SERVICES.  

1237 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD.-  ALL CLEAR.

1447 HOURS- ALARM- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM.  UPON ARRIVING ON SCENE, OFFICERS WERE 10-22'D BY THE ALARM COMPANY, AS THE RESIDENT WAS ON SCENE AND PROVIDED THE CORRECT SECURITY CODE.

1522 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE.-  REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

1620 HOURS- D.U.I. ARREST- 6500 BLOCK JODIE ST.-  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE AREA AFTER A CITIZEN COMPLAINED OF A DRIVER DRIVING ERRATICALLY, AND HAD PASSED OUT IN THE DRIVERS SEAT OF A TRUCK THAT WAS PULLED ONTO THE SIDEWALK.  OFFICERS DISCOVERED THE DRIVER TO BE SEVERELY INTOXICATED AND WEARING A MEDICAL BRACELET FROM A LOCAL HOSPITAL.  THE DRIVER WAS TRANSPORTED TO DOCTORS HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION/TREATMENT AND ISSUED CITATIONS FOR DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE.  THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR SAFE KEEPING BY CHARLIE'S TOWING. REPORT WRITTEN

1720 HOURS- BURGLARY- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR REPORT OF A BURGLARY.  OFFICERS MET THE RESIDENT, THE APARTMENT WAS SEARCHED FOR SUSPECTS WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS, AND THE RESIDENT PERFORMED A WALK-THROUGH, IDENTIFYING AN ENVELOPE OF CASH AS THE ONLY ITEM TAKEN BY THE UNKNOWN SUSPECT.  THE APARTMENT WAS PROCESSED FOR EVIDENCE; THE RESIDENT WAS INTERVIEWED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBERS FOR THE INCIDENT.  A NEIGHBORHOOD CANVAS/KNOCK AND TALK WAS PERFORMED WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.  BUILDING MAINTENANCE WAS NOTIFIED AND RESPONDED TO SCENE TO SECURE A WINDOW PANE THAT WAS SHATTERED BY THE SUSPECT TO GAIN ENTRY.  NCPD3 AND NCPD4 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT.  (REPORT HANDLED BY EVENING SHIFT). REPORT WRITTEN

1720 hrs., Burglary 5300 block 85th - Suspect(s) forced entry into residence and stole items. N.C. #3 & #4 (C.I.D.) notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1804 hrs., Accident - 450 & 85th Avenue - Two vehicle collision which resulted in tow disabled. REPORT WRITTEN

1857 hrs., Property Damage – 6200 block 85th Place - Caller reported damage to his side view mirror. REPORT WRITTEN

1930 hrs., Business Check – 7700 block Riverdale Road / All clear

1950 hrs., Theft from Auto – 6500 block Quentin Court - Caller reported items taken out of his vehicle but could not give a location where the vehicle was parked / C.C.N.’s given for reference

2020 hrs., Disorderly – 6100 block Lamont Drive - Caller wanted to speak with officers about eviction process / Advised

2053 hrs., Added Information – 5300 block  85th Avenue #A1 / All clear

2100 hrs., Assist (M.T.P.D.) - Annapolis Road and Finns Lane - Stolen Vehicle occupied at the 7-11 / All clear lost by M.T.P.D. (no NCPD)

2120 hrs., Assist (W.A.V.E.) - Annapolis Road & Veterans Parkway / All clear

2140 hrs., Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue / All clear

2156 hrs., Premise Check – 8100 block Annapolis Road / All clear

2214 hrs., Unknown Trouble – 5400 block 85th Avenue - Female and Male arguing over personal issues / All clear (advised to seek assistance through district court commissioner’s office)

2355 hrs., Assist (W.A.V.E.) – 8400 block Malissa Street - Occupant of stolen vehicle needed to

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
