0555 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM- 6000 BLOCK 87TH AVE. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION; HOMEOWNER ON SCENE ENTERED PROPER CODE TO DISARM THE SYSTEM AND THE ALARM WAS CANCELED BY THE OWNERS SECURITY COMPANY.

0615 HOURS- FIGHT- 5800 BLOCK NYSTROM RD. - AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT (INTOXICATED) ENTERED THE RESIDENCE WITHOUT PERMISSION LOOKING FOR A FEMALE FRIEND.  THE RESIDENTS TOLD THE SUSPECT HE WAS AT THE WRONG ADDRESS AND THE SUSPECT THEN LEFT THE SCENE ON FOOT.  OFFICERS CANVASED THE AREA FOR THE SUSPECT WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.  M.P.S. REPORT. REPORT WRITTEN

0731 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - REPEATED COMPLAINTS OF MALES DRINKING, SMOKING C.D.S., AND GAMBLING IN THE AREA.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CANVASED THE COMPLEX, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES AT THAT TIME.

0837 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

0918 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

0940 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5500 BLOCK KAREN ELAINE DR. -  ALL CLEAR.

0945 HOURS- ACCIDENT- 7600 BLOCK TOPTON ST. – UNIT 1 FAILED TO YIELD RIGHT OF WAY AND WAS STRUCK BY UNIT 2, CAUSING DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES.  OFFICERS FACILITATED AN EXCHANGE OF REQUIRED INFORMATION ON SCENE.

1105 HOURS- ASSIST PGPD- 8500 BLOCK 86TH CT. -  PGPD PERSONS DETECTIVES REQUESTED OFFICERS ASSIST WITH A FOLLOW UP FOR A RETURNED MISSING PERSON.  OFFICERS ACCOMPANIED THE DETECTIVE TO THE LOCATION, AND CONFIRMED THE RETURNED MISSING WAS IN GOOD HEALTH.  HANDLED BY PGPD.

1120 HOURS- SCHOOL CHECK- ROBERT FROST- ALL CLEAR.

1140 HOURS- SCHOOL CHECK- CHARLES CARROLL- ALL CLEAR.

1204 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

1226 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

1246 HOURS- TRESPASSING ARREST – 8300 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD. -OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION AFTER MANAGEMENT COMPLAINED OF A HOMELESS FEMALE TRESPASSING IN THE T/A.  OFFICERS LOCATED THE FEMALE, WHO WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY, IDENTIFIED, CHECKED NEGATIVE, PHOTOGRAPHED, ISSUED A CRIMINAL CITATION, ADVISED AND SENT ON HER WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

1551 HOURS- MANDATORY PREMISE CHECK- OAK LANE PARK- REPEATED CITIZEN COMPLAINTS OF MALES LOITERING AND SMOKING C.D.S. AT THE PARK.  OFFICERS RESPONDED, CONDUCTED A CANVAS OF THE AREA, BUT DID NOT OBSERVE ANY SUSPICIOUS OR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AT THIS TIME.

1610 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD. -  ALL CLEAR.

1704 HOURS- RESIDENTIAL ALARM- 5200 BLOCK 85TH AVE. - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR AN ALARM ACTIVATION.  OFFICERS MET THE RESIDENT WHO ACCIDENTALLY SET THE ALARM OFF.

1721 HOURS- 911 HANG-UP- DARCARS DODGE- OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A 911 HANG-UP.  OFFICERS MET WITH EMPLOYEES, WHO STATED THEIR PHONE SYSTEM HAS MALFUNCTIONED AND THEY WOULD HAVE IT CORRECTED BY A TECHNICIAN.  NO POLICE SERVICES REQUIRED.

1737 HOURS- BURGLARY- 8300 BLOCK OGLETHORPE ST. -  OFFICERS RESPONDED FOR A BURGLARY REPORT, AFTER AN OUT OF TOWN RESIDENTS FAMILY DISCOVERED PROPERTY MISSING FROM THE LOCATION.  NO SIGNS OF FORCED ENTRY WERE OBSERVED, ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR REPORT WAS OBTAINED; NCPD3 AND NCPD4 WERE NOTIFIED OF THE INCIDENT. REPORT WRITTEN

1805 hrs., Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Check clear.

1815 hrs., Accident/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd – Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 were in a traffic accident. All parties involved exchange information.

1825 hrs., Assault/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ Caller stated that she was assaulted by her boyfriend. Caller stated when she got home, her boyfriend was mad about the situation and started to choke her. Caller also advised her boyfriend pulled a gun out on her. The caller sustained minor injuries and refused Fire board. LAP was conducted and a warrant was granted. NCPD 3 and NCPD 4 were notified of the incident. REPORT WRITTEN

2037 hrs., MPS/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd / Caller stated one of her female students felt uncomfortable with a male subject who had put his buttocks on her while they were in the elevator. Officers responded to the scene and spoke with the male in questioning, who advised officer that he was unaware that his backside had touched the female student. He advised officers that being crowded on the elevator he had to crotch down to make space on the elevator. The caller was advised that male accidentally back into the student. REPORT WRITTEN

2140 hrs., Premise Check/ 6100 block Lamont Dr. / Check clear.

2246 hrs., Family Dispute/ 7400 block Potomac Ct/ Caller stated her brother was playing the video game in the family room and she wanted him to go upstairs and play it in his room. Officers responded to the scene and advised both parties to avoid each other for the night until they cool down.

2309 hrs., Accident/ 8600 block Annapolis Rd/ Unit 1 and Unit 2 were in a traffic accident. Unit 1 was impounded by Charlie's Towing due to the vehicle being disabled. REPORT WRITTEN

0130 hrs., Premise Check/ 7400 block Goodluck Rd/ Check clear.

0245 hrs., Premise Check/ 5400 block 85th Ave/ Check clear

0330 hrs., Premise Check/ 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Check clear.

0425 hrs., Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr./ While conducting a premise check officers observed two males looking into vehicles. Once the males observed the officers vehicle they fled on foot towards Riverdale Rd. The males were described as B-M, Mid 20's, skinny built, both wearing blue jeans with  a dark jacket with a gray hoodie underneath. No vehicles were damage.
