0745 hrs., Business check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

0835 hrs., Residential check/ 5300-5400 Block of 85th Ave., Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. This check was conducted on foot.

0949 hrs., 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Check on the welfare of a female, caller stated there was a female sitting on the ground possibly passed out.  Officers arrived on scene to find the female on the ground; she was checked out by fire board and found to be in enough good health to walk to her residence.  The female came from a medical treatment and was tired.

1035 hrs., Residential check/ 5500 Block of Karen Elaine Dr. - Citizens complaint of Suspicious Persons loitering in front of buildings and around the vehicles, check clear. 

1113 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1131 hrs., 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1135 hrs., 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1145 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Ardwick Ardmour Blvd / Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1230 hrs., Business check/ Carrollton Enterprise, check clear.

1240 hrs., Veterans Pkwy and Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1243 hrs., Shell Gas station/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1305 hrs., 7400 Block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1335 hrs., Business check/ 8300 Block of Annapolis Rd (Foot Patrol), check clear.

1410 hrs., Residential check/ Heritage Square Apartments, check clear.

1504 hrs., 6400 block Jodie St/ Service of a Protective Order, caller stated he needs the female half served with the protective order he was issued for her.  After contacting the Sheriff's Department officers served the order to the female half. REPORT WRITTEN

1519 hrs., 7800 block Fountainebleau Dr./ Family Dispute, caller stated he and his brothers girlfriend have been arguing and he wants to leave.  He had officers stand by while he retrieved a few items out of the residence to move out.  All parties were calm and no incidents took place.

1608 hrs., Annapolis Rd and Veterans Hwy/ Accident, minor damage done to both vehicles and no injuries.  Information was exchanged between both parties by officers.

1635 hrs., Business check/ CVS Pharmacy, check clear.

1652 hrs., 85th Ave and Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop cleared without incident.

1720 hrs., Business check/ 7-11, check clear.

1900 HOURS ACRS/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd  - Unit 1 exited the shopping center and was struck by Unit 2 causing injury to Unit 1. Unit 2 then struck Unit 3 when they put their vehicle in reverse. Unit 1 was transported to the hospital and impounded. REPORT WRITTEN

2030 HOURS Premise Check/ 8300 block Annapolis Rd - store closing for the evening, no issues reported 

2220 HOURS 911 Hang Up/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd -phone system dialing 911 with static on the line. Advised security to notify dealership of the problem 

2252 HOURS Power Outage/ 8000 block Carrollton Pkwy to (Sprague to Powhatan) had no power. There were several transformers that blew causing the outage. Pepco was on scene attempting to locate. Power was later restored. NC3 was notified.

2330 HOURS Unknown Trouble/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd - couple went through each other's phones. They refused services upon contact.

0020 HOURS Premise Check/ Donoghue Dr. @ Lamont Dr. area was clear, several streets were without power

0042 HOURS Fire/ 7600 block Topton St- fire responded for a fire in the walls. No injuries or major damage

0055 HOURS Missing Juvenile/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd - 16 y/o male was last seen at 1800 hours yesterday. The missing juvenile is habitual with disciplinary issues. PGPD Persons and NC3 were notified and listed critical by age only. REPORT WRITTEN

0155 HOURS Party Complaint/ 7800 block Riverdale Rd - party ended prior to arrival

0157 HOURS Party Complaint/ 8400 block Longfellow St. - party ended prior to arrival

0114 HOURS 911 Hang Up/ 8100 block Annapolis Rd -phone system dialing 911 with static on the line. Advised security to notify dealership of the problem 

0200 HOURS Premise Check/ 8500 block Annapolis Rd -business, as usual, no issues reported

0217 HOURS Commercial Alarm/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd -seasonal front motion alarm activated. The doors and gates were secure, unknown reason for activation 

0300 HOURS Premise Check/ 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. - Area was clear

0420 HOURS Premise Check/ 8400 block Annapolis Rd -business, as usual, no issues reported


0530 HOURS Commercial Alarm/ 7700 block Riverdale Rd -seasonal front motion alarm activated. The doors and gates were secure, unknown reason for activation
