multiple parking citations and impounded two vehicles for displaying tags

Fire (gas leak)- 7500 block Riverdale Rd- Officers responded out to assist
fireboard with a gas leak. Fireboard forced entry into 3 units. The three
units left their stoves on causing harmful levels of gas to fill the apartment
buildings. The gas was turned off and the buildings were aired out. All units
were resecured and the owners of the units were notified. Report written

Officers responded to the T-Mobile for a customer who refused to leave. Once on
scene officers made contact with the caller who stated while conducting a phone
activation for a customer the system stopped him because it was closing due to
COVID-19. The caller stated he explained to the customer what had happened
but the customer wouldn't accept his explanation. Officers made contact with
the customer who stated that if he was to return to the store he didn't want to
be charged again for services that he had already rendered payment for.
Officers advised that no further charges would be made and to come back in the
morning to complete the activation. No Report

Neither driver on scene claimed injuries and refused medical treatment. Both vehicles

residence. Officers detected an odor of alcohol emanating from the caller's
breath. Officers made contact with the female half who was sleeping in the
residence, who had no idea of what was going on. The caller was advised to
