hrs., 8300 block Larchwood Rd/ Information, caller stated he came out of his
house this morning and observed his brother's vehicle door ajar. Officers
arrived and spoke to the caller who stated his brother did not want to talk to
us so he called. The caller stated the door was ajar and papers were
removed from the glove box (however stacked neatly on the passenger
seat.) He stated he could not tell anything was missing, but the owner
stood on the porch and refused to talk. Due to cooperation of the owner
and nothing was missing, he was advised and told to call back if he discovers
anything different. No Report.

hrs., 7-11/ Disorderly, caller stated there was a male in his 50's bothering
customers. Officers arrived and were unable to locate the male, however
did locate an elderly homeless male in need of assistance. Officers
provided him with several items and made attempts to get him some shelter for
the evening due to the cold weather. No Report.

stated one of the residents called her and was not making any sense.
Officers arrived and spoke to the resident who stated her Uncle was bothering
her to go back to Africa, she was advised to stop answering his calls.
She also wanted officers to assist her in finding a husband, she was

us to check a resident for a missing person. Officers went to the
apartment requested and spoke to the male inside, he stated he has lived there
for years and did not know the person we were looking for. Officers
notified the MPD officer of their findings. No Report.

that the guests in a room refused to pay for the extra time they were
there. Officers arrived and spoke to a male who stated he was on his way
out to get money from 7-11 to pay. Officers believed he was the male staying in
the room in question, however he stated he was not. Officers along with
hotel staff went to the room to speak to the guest and the room was
vacant. Hotel staff was advised what action she can take but it was
within their policy what they do. No Report.

Caller advised his roommate's child's father was at the home unannounced.
Officer's spoke with the female half who advised she did not have an issue with
her child's father being there. All parties were advised. No report.

Fontainebleau Dr. Caller advised they heard shots in the area. Officers were
already in the area on a premise check and could see the fireworks being shot
in the air from outside of the city limits. No report

Domestic- Caller advised she and her boyfriend were having an argument over the
phone about if she was being truthful about being pregnant. The caller advised
her boyfriend came to her home and displayed a gun and asked if she was going
to take a pregnancy test then left. Officers could not determine the legitimacy
of the caller's story. The caller was advised of the court Commissioner.
Officers escorted the caller to her car so that she could fill out the proper
paperwork. Officer's also responded to the Commissioner's Office to assist the
caller in filling out the paperwork only to find that the caller never went to
the Commissioner's office. Report written
0235 Hours- Accident- Annapolis Rd./ 495. Unit
2 was making a left turn from the 495 ramp onto Annapolis Rd. when Unit 1 ran
the traffic light, and struck unit 2. Officers investigation found that the
driver of unit 1 was intoxicated. The driver of unit 1 was placed under arrest
and transported to Upper Marlboro CDC. Both unit 1 and unit 2 were impounded by
Tino's towing. Report written
