to the listed location for a baby crying. Once on scene officers made contact
with the parents who stated their child was being fussy. Officers

location to check on the welfare of a male subject who appeared to be under the
influence of CDS. Once officers arrived on the scene they located a male
subject sweating and not wearing a shirt. Officers stopped the male
subject and asked if he was ok. The male subject stated he was homeless
and had been walking for a long period of time. Officers offered the male
subject water and medical attention which he both refused. Officer advised the
male subject not to loiter and or panhandle in the area. The male subject

to his residence for his safety and released him to the care and custody

jurisdiction. The male claimed the female poured an alcoholic beverage all over

shopping cart by accident. both parties were advised.

Annapolis Rd- Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area
checked clear.
2138 Hours- Traffic / Impound- 8400 block
Annapolis Rd- Officers observed a vehicle violate multiple traffic
violations. Upon stopping the subject it was discovered the driver was
unlicensed and the vehicle was unregistered as well as other subsequent
violations. The driver was issued citations for the violations and the vehicle
