0824 Hrs. Animal Complaint 7500 block Good Luck Rd. Officers responded to the area of the listed location for a pit-bull that attempted to jump on the caller while she was walking. Officers canvassed the area for the dog with negative results. The caller stated she was not injured by the dog.

 

0825 Hrs. Property Damage 7600 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a property damage report. Officers made contact with the caller who discovered damage to her vehicle. Report written

 

0940 Hrs. Accident 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for a two-vehicle accident. No injuries were reported while on the scene, officers conducted an exchange of information and sent both drivers on their way.

 

1005 Hrs. Theft 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for theft. Officers made contact with the caller who stated a male subject walked behind the register and stole merchandise and fled. Officers canvassed the area and located the suspect and recovered the merchandise. The suspect was barred from the location and sent on his way without incident. Report written

 

1226 Hrs. Fraud 8300 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for fraud. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated her identity was used to purchase furniture at the listed location. Officers then made contact with the staff who advised no fraud occurred from their end. The store advised that the caller used a credit acceptance service and failed to make her payments which later affected her credit score. The caller was advised to make her payments and not try to obtain a police report to fix her credit.

1442 Hrs. Loud Music Complaint 8400 block Carrollton PKWY. Officers responded to the listed location for loud music. Officers arrived in the area and determined the music was at a reasonable level.

 

1507 Hrs. Unknown Trouble 5400 block 85th Ave. Officers responded to the listed location for unknown trouble. Once on scene officers were unable to locate a caller or get back in contact with the caller. Officers canvassed the buildings with negative results.

 

1521 Hrs. EPS 8600 block Annapolis Rd. Officers responded to assist the sheriff's office with an emergency petition order. Officers were able to locate the subject in question without incident. The male subject was transported to a local hospital for treatment.

1819 Hours- Welfare Check- 8300 Block Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out for a subject lying on the ground, the subject reported he was ok. 

 

1847 Hours- Sig 9- 5400 block 85Th Ave- Officers responded out for a veh accident. officers assisted citizens with an information exchange.

 

1859 Hours- Theft- 8200 block Annapolis Rd- Officer responded out for a subject stealing items from the store. no theft could be verified after reviewing security cameras.  

 

1937 Hours- Sig 7- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr- Officers responded out for suspects in the stairwell. the suspects were GOA.

 

1946 Hours- Home invasion- 5400 block 85Th Ave- Officers heard a woman screaming for help. Officers observed a subject assaulting a citizen in her home. the subject fought officers and was apprehended and taken to Upper Marlboro DOC. NCPD3 was notified. Report written

2034 Hours- Music comp- 6400 Block Fairborn Ter.- Officers checked the area for loud music. No loud music was heard.

 

2042 Hours- Music comp- 8500 block Oglethorpe- Officers checked the area for loud music. No loud music was heard.

 

2054 Hours- Premise check- 6100 block Lamont Dr-Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.   

 

2113 Hours- Premise check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd -Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.    

 

2142 Hours- Family Dispute- 7600 block Riverdale Rd- Officers responded out for an argument between a father and son. All parties were advised.

 

2206 Hours- Music comp- Donoghue Dr @ Cathedral Ave- Officers checked the area for loud music. No loud music was heard. 

 

2209 Hours- Party Comp- 8500 block 84th Ave- Officers responded out for a loud party. upon arrival, officers shut down the party.

 

2215 Hours- Fight- 8100 block Carrollton Pkwy- Officers responded out for a fight Officers checked the area nothing found.

 

2228 Hours- Music comp- 5900 block Westbrook Dr- Officers checked the area for loud music. No loud music was heard.

 

2231 Hours- Party Comp- 7300 block Longbranch Dr- Officers responded out for a loud party. upon arrival, officers shut down the party.

 

2302 Hours- Disorderly- 7200 block Goodluck Rd-  Officers checked the area for loud music. The music was located outside the jurisdiction.

 

2321 Hours- Disorderly- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Papa Johns- While on patrol officers observed two people having an argument in the t/a. The argument was ended after officers arrived on scene. 

 

2357 Hours- Family Dispute- 8600 block Annapolis Rd- Officers made contact with the sig 4 who reported she wanted police to take her mentally unstable son back to the hospital because he was acting up after just being discharged. The son did not meet the criteria for EPS. 

 

0012 Hours- Commercial Alarm- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out for a front door alarm. the alarm was accidentally set off by a store employee closing the shop. 

 

0027 Hours- Welfare Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Officers were flagged down for a subject who had passed out but regained consciousness. an ambulance responded out. the subject refused all services. 

 

0121 Hours- Premise check-8400 block Annapolis Rd -Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.   

 

0204 Hours-Premise check- 5500 Block Karen Elaine Dr-Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.  

 

0208 Hours- Party Comp- 6000 block Westbrook Dr- Officers responded out for a loud party. upon arrival, officers shut down the party.

  

0310 Hours- Disorderly- 5300 block 85Th Ave - Officers responded out for a dispute over property. one party left the scene prior to officer's arrival. the sig 4 was advised.  

 

0404 Hours- Premise check- 8300 Block Annapolis Rd -Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.   

 

0444 Hours- Music comp- 5400 block 85Th Ave- Officers checked the area for loud music. No loud music was heard.

 

0502 Hours- Disorderly- 8500 block Annapolis Rd- Officers checked the area due to a loud explosion. officers could not locate the explosive and no property was damaged.
