Officers used the key provided by the caller and located the deceased in the bedroom on her back naked. The ambulance responded and confirmed the time of death. Officers contacted the caller via telephone; he was upset and moody because officers "gave away his car." That was not the case, as he borrowed his friend's car in the past, never returned it, and his friend reported the car stolen through PG county. "The Friend" found the vehicle with GPS, and NCPD officers did their duty & recovered the stolen vehicle yesterday and released it to the rightful owner. He was advised. No report.
