1108 hrs., Hair Academy/ Theft, caller stated she was at a shopping center and someone stole her purse.  When officers spoke to the caller it was discovered that the theft occurred in Bowie and she was advised to contact Bowie Police to assist her.  No Report.

 

1128 hrs., Metro Points Hotel/ Disorderly, caller stated there was a patron bothering her at the front desk and was upset and cussed at her.  Officers arrived and discovered the incident took place yesterday but today the patron was upset because of the price increasing for him to extend his stay.  The caller was trying to explain to him but he stated he was getting his items and checking out.  He was not in the area when we arrived but told the caller is he does not leave on time or continues to be belligerent to call us back.  No Report.

 

1215 hrs., Premise check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

 

1240 hrs., 5400 block 85th Ave/ Property Damage, caller stated she came out to her vehicle and it was damaged.  Caller stated she parked her vehicle in the spot in the parking lot last night and when she came out to the vehicle today there was damage to it.  She does not know how the damage occurred or who may have caused it.  She was advised what steps to take next.  Report written

 

1330 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Station call, Hyattsville Police contacted the station in an attempt to locate an individual.  They advised they had property belonging to an individual at this location and wanted us to advise him where he could pick it up.  Officers knocked several times with no response, Hyattsville Police were notified.  No Report.

 

1345 hrs., 5400 Block of 85th Ave/ Parking complaint, officers noticed several vehicles parking in a clearly posted "No Parking" area.  Officers issued several tickets for the violations.  No Report.

 

1430 hrs., Premise check/ Beckett Field and Hanko Building, check clear.

 

1516 hrs., 7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Civil Dispute, caller said her ex-boyfriend was following her to get his items from her residence.  When officers located both parties the male half stated he was attempting to get his items out of the residence but the caller was ignoring his calls and kept driving away.  The caller stated she does not have any of his items.  Both parties were advised to contact the Sheriff's office to separate items.  No Report.

1724 hrs., 7500 block Riverdale Rd/ Loud Music, caller stated the music was coming from an apartment on the first floor.  Officers arrived and could hear the music outside in the parking lot.  The music source was located and the resident was asked to turn it down.  He apologized and turned the music down.  No Report.

 

1830 Hours- Traffic Stop- 9000 block Annapolis Rd. Officers observed a traffic violation and issued the appropriate citation. No report

 

1920 Hours- Domestic Dispute- 5900 block 89th Ave. Caller advised his ex-girlfriend was at his home taking things from the home. Offices met with the female who was taking her clothes. No report    

 

2040 Hours - Premise Check- 7400 block Riverdale Rd. Checked clear

 

2154 Hours- Disorderly- 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Caller advised his roommate damaged his vehicle. The incident occurred in K sector he was advised. No report   

 

2230 Hours - Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Checked clear

0004 Hours- Unknown Trouble-  7600 block Riverdale Rd. Caller advised a male and a female were in the hallway arguing. Officers met with the two who refused to speak with officers. The male elected to leave, and the female went in the house. No report

 

0130 Hours- Disorderly – 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Caller advised someone was knocking on their door. The person was gone when officers arrived. No report

 

0142 Hours- Tow Dispute- 85th Ave. There was someone upset their vehicle was being towed. It was settled prior to officer’s arrival. No report

 

0230 Hours - Premise Check- 5200-5400 blocks of 85th Ave. Checked clear
