0950 Hrs. Vandalism 7500 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for vandalism to a vehicle. Once one scene officers made contact with the caller who stated all four of her tires had been slashed. Officers obtained all information needed for the report and advised the victim to contact her insurance company. Report written

 

1056 Hrs. Premise Check 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Check Clear.

 

1133 Hrs. Armed Person 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location and made contact with the caller who stated a male subject who was panhandling became upset when she told him she had no money to give him. The male subject then pulled out a knife and stabbed her truck tires several times and fled. The caller was able to capture a photo of the suspect as he fled, officers, canvassed the area, and located the suspect in the residential area. The suspect fled once officers gave commands, a short foot pursuit ensued through the backyards in the area. The suspect was then located hiding in a yard and was taken into custody without further incident and transported to the Department of Correction for the presentation of charges. Report written

 

1306 Hrs. Family Dispute 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a dispute between an elderly father and his adult son. Officers made contact with the son who stated his father was upset because he was asleep and had not cleaned his room. The father elected not to talk with officers, officers then advised the son to take a walk and allow things to cool down. Another sibling arrived on the scene and stated all was well and he will deal with the incident. No Report

 

1439 Hrs. Theft from Auto 8100 block Powhatan St. Officers responded to the listed location for theft from auto. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated an unknown subject entered her vehicle and stole property. Officers obtained all necessary information for the report and provided the caller with case numbers. Report written

2010 Hours- Disorderly- 7600 block Riverdale Rd- Officers responded out for a subject bothering women as they walked by, the area checked clear.

 

2015 Hours-  Music Comp- 6400 block Fairborn Ter- Officers checked the area, nothing found.

 

2031 Hours- Disorderly- 5300 block 85th Ave- Officers responded out for kids throwing bottles. The sig 4 advised this occurred another day but wanted to report it today. the caller was advised.

 

2036 Hours- Family Dispute-8400 block Annapolis Rd- Officers responded out for a family dispute which was caused by a mental health issue. Officers assisted all parties. 

 

2209 Hours- Citizen Robbery- 8400 block Ravenswood Rd- Officers responded to a citizen robbery. The victim reported he was robbed at gunpoint in front of his residence. The unknown suspect took a non-operable iPhone 11. The suspect fled in an unknown vehicle which was parked two houses down. RST responded and took over the investigation. NCPD 2 was notified. Report written 

 

0050 Hours- Disorderly- 6400 block Carrollton Ct- Officers responded out for a group of people standing in front of their home playing music. The music was shut off. 

 

0200 Hours- Premise Check- Westbrook Dr @ Lamont Dr- Officers checked the area for suspicious activity, the area checked clear.

 

0303 Hours- Theft from auto- 5800 block 87Th Ave- Officers responded and took a theft from auto report. Report written

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
