0645 hours - Accident call – 7600 block Fontainebleau Drive: The caller stated that Unit-1 side swiped her vehicle overnight while it was parked. Officers responded to the location and both vehicles were on scene, the information was exchanged and the caller was advised. No report  

0722 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. No report 

0809 hours - Suspicious person – 7700 block Riverdale Road: The unknown caller stated that someone is sleeping in front of the main door. Officers responded to the location and sent the guy on his way. No report  

0914 hours - Fraud complaint - 7500 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that someone called her hack into her Facebook account. Officers responded to the location, talked to the caller and advised her. No report   

1033 hours - Premise check - 7700 block Riverdale Road: Officers conducted a premise check at the location, made contact with the employees. There were no issues observed or reported, and the business was regular, as usual. No report  

1147 hours - Premise Check - 7400 block Riverdale Road: Officers conducted a foot patrol of the library, everything was okay. No report 

1229 hours -Theft -7700 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that the customer walked out without paying. Officers responded to the location, canvassed the area yielded negative results. The caller did not want to press any charges because she was not sure of what he walked out with. No report 

1320 hours - Customer dispute - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that the customer is refusing to pay for the service. Officers responded to the location, talked to the caller and the customer was still getting work done on her nails. The caller was advised. No report 

1350 hours - Suspicious person - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that someone tried to steal but left the T/A without taking anything. Officers located the guy and brought him back to the T/A. The LP trespassed the guy, a warrant check was conducted yielded negative results. The guy was advised and sent on his way. Report generated

1413 hours - Accident call - 7800 block Riverdale Road: Unit-1 struck Unit-2, Officers responded to the location and exchanged information between both parties. No report 

1515 hours - Premise Check - 7700 & 7800 block of Riverdale Road: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which observed. No report   

1550 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which observed. No report   

1640 hours - Domestic - 8300 block Carrollton Pkwy: Officers responded to the location for a domestic. Once on scene the male was GOA, officers talked to the female and gathered all the information for the report. The female was advised to go to the Commissioner's office for further assistance. No report 

1720 hours - Theft - 8200 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that a customer walked out of the business with the merchandise without paying for it. Officers responded to the location and the manager refused to press charges since the suspect already left the area. No report  

1742 hours - Disorderly - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that there is a disorderly guy in front of the location. When officers responded to the location, the guy was GOA. No report  

 

1818 HOURS- CHILD CUSTODY DISPUTE- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE ROAD- CALLED STATED THAT SHE ARRIVED AT THE LOCATION TO PICK UP HER CHILD. CALLER STATED THAT HER CHILD FATHER REFUSED TO GIVE HER CHILD BACK AND DROVE OF. THE CALLED WAS ADVISED ON GOING TO THE COURT HOUSE AND GETTING THE PROPER PAPERWORK FOR CHILD CUSTODY. NO REPORT. 

 

1835 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- 8400 BLOCK CATHEDRAL AVE- CALLER STATED THAT A VEHICLE STRUCK HER VEHICLE AND FLED THE SCENE IN HYATTSVILLE. CALLER WAS ADVISED THAT THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED OUTSIDE OF OUR JURISDICTION AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT HYATTSVILLE FOR THAT INCIDENT. NO REPORT.

1925 HOURS- CHECK WELFARE/ EPS- 6200 BLOCK 87TH AVE- CALLER STATED THAT HIS SON WAS HAVING AN EPISODE DUE TO HIM SUFFERING FROM BIPOLAR DISORDER AND SCHIZOPHRENIA. WHEN OFFICERS ARRIVED, OFFICERS SAW A-1 YELLING AND SCREAMING THAT SOMEONE STOLE HIS MONEY. OFFICERS TRIED TO TALK TO A-1 AT WHICH TIME HE TRIED TO JUMP AT HIS FATHER AND THEN AT OFFICERS. A-1 WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO LAUREL REGIONAL HOSPITAL FOR AN E.P.S. REPORT WRITTEN

 

2046 HOURS- ACCIDENT- RIVERDALE RD @ MAHONEY DR- 7912 LEGATION ROAD- THE DRIVER OF UNIT-1 FELL ASLEEP WHILE DRIVING AND RAN INTO THE WOOD LINE AT THIS LOCATION. TREES WERE DAMAGED AND A ACRS WAS GENERATED. REPORT WRITTEN

 

2145 HOURS- SIG 7 - 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- ANONYMOUS CALLER STATED THAT THERE WAS A DARK BLUE SUV IN THE AREA WITH 4 INDIVIDUALS IN IT. CALLED STATED THAT THEY WERE ATTEMPTING TO STEAL MULTIPLE VEHICLES. OFFICERS CANVASSED THE ENTIRE AREA YIELDING NEGATIVE RESULTS FOR THAT VEHICLE. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR. NO REPORT

2235 HOURS- DOMESTIC- 5300 BLOCK 85TH AVE - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A DOMESTIC DISPUTE. CALLER STATED THERE WAS AN ALTERCATION OVER A PHONE DUE TO HER HUSBAND CHEATING ON HER.  OFFICERS OBSERVED NO INJURIES AND THE CALLER WAS ADVISED. REPORT WRITTEN
