1557 hrs., 8500 Block Carrollton Pkwy/ Dog Complaint, caller (mail carrier) stated a dog came from several houses down and followed him barking at him for approximately 1/4 mile. The mail carrier stated he continued to deliver the mail but the dog followed him and he was unable to get to several houses due to him being aggressive.
