0620 HOURS- ACCIDENT/ ARREST- 495 SB @ ANNAPOLIS RD- WHILE OFFICERS WERE ON PATROL, OFFICERS HEARD A LOUD COLLISION HAPPEN ON 495. OFFICERS LOCATED THE ACCIDENT ON 495 SOUTHBOUND JUST PROIR TO THE EXIT ONTO ANNAPOLIS ROAD. WHILE OFFICERS WERE WAITING FOR MARYLAND STATE POLICE TO ARRIVE ON SCENE, OFFICERS OBSERVED A VEHICLE WITH HEAVY DAMAGE AND A MISSING TIRE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE. OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATORY STOP AT WHICH TIME THE DRIVER FLED AND FAILED TO STOP FOR A MARKED POLICE VEHICLE WITH LIGHTS AND SIREN ON. OFFICERS MADE AN APPREHENSION IN THE 9000 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS ROAD. OFFICERS ISSUED MULTIPLE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND WHILE CONDUCTING A VEHICLE INVENTORY SEARCH PRIOR TO TOWING, A LARGE AMOUNT OF CDS WAS RECOVERED, THE DRIVER WAS PLACED UNDER ARREST AND TRANSPORTED TO UPPER MARLBORO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS. ACCIDENT WAS HANDLED BY MSP. REPORT WRITTEN

1020 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.

 

1106 HOURS- HIT AND RUN- CALLER STATED THAT SHE OBSERVED HER VEHICLE HAD DAMAGE TO IT ON MONDAY MORNING. HOWEVER, THE CALLER STATED THAT SHE DID NOT CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE SHE DIDN’T THINK SHE NEEDED TO RIGHT AWAY. THE CALLER WAS ADVISED THAT OFFICERS ARE UNABLE TO DETERMINE THAT HER VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED WHERE SHE SAID IT OCCURRED. NO REPORT. 

 

1200 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 5400 BLOCK 85TH AVE- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.  

  

1310 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 8300 BLOCK OF ANNAPOLIS RD- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.   

  

1447 HOURS- FAMILY DISPUTE- 7200 BLOCK GOOD LUCK RD- CALLER STATED THAT THEIR NEIGHBORS AT 7219 GOOD LUCK ROAD WERE HAVING A VERBAL DISPUTE IN THEIR DRIVE WAY. OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE HOMEOWNER WHO STATED EVERYTHING WAS FINE. HOME OWNER STATED THAT THEY HAD AN ARGUMENT OVER FAMILY ISSUES WITH HER NEPHEW AND THAT HE WAS GONE. NO REPORT

  

1530 HOURS- PREMISE CHECK- 6100 BLOCK LAMONT DR- OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY. THE AREA CHECKED CLEAR.  

 

1645 HOURS- ACCIDENT - ANNAPOLIS RD @ VETERANS PKWY- UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE INVOLVED IN A ACCIDENT, MINOR DAMAGE TO BOTH VEHICLES. OFFICERS EXCHANGED BOTH PARTIES INFORMATION. NO REPORT 

 

1722 HOURS- PROTECTIVE ORDER SERVICE - 7600 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - CALLER STATED THAT HER DAUGHTER GOT A PROTECTIVE ORDER AGAINST HER BOYFRIEND AND NEEDED OFFICERS TO SERVE HIM. OFFICERS ARRIVED AND SERVED THE MALE HALF AND SENT HIM ON HIS WAY. REPORT WRITTEN

 

1752 HOURS- 911 HANG UP- 7700 BLOCK RIVERDALE RD - OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE LOCATION FOR A HANG UP CALL. UPON ARRIVAL OFFICERS MADE CONTACT WITH THE CALLER WHO WAS INTOXICATED. CALLER STATED HE CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE HE LOST HIS PHONE AND BELIEVED HIS WIFE HAD IT. HOWEVER THE WIFE CALLED HIS CELLPHONE AND OFFICERS HEARD IT RINGING UNDER HIS BED. WIFE STATED HE ALWAYS DRINKS AND LOOSES HIS PHONE. CALLER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT. 

1833 hours - MPS - 8500 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated that a female grabbed her belongings that were in a trash bag and took the items to her room. Officers responded to the location, talked to the caller and the female in question and discovered that the female suffered from mental disorder and her medication was recently changed; that is why she is not acting right. The female in question does not fit the EPS criteria, a warrant check was conducted yielded negative results. Officers contacted her caregiver and he took custody of the female. Report generated

1903 hours - Theft from auto – 7600 block Riverdale Road: The caller stated that her rear tag was stolen from her vehicle five hours ago. Officers responded to the location, talked to the caller and the caller advised that the incident occurred in Largo, MD. The caller was advised. No report 

1930 hours - Domestic standby - 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that she needed officers to standby while she grabbed her belongings. Officers responded to the scene and advised the caller. No report  

2003 hours - Theft - 8400 block Annapolis Road: The caller stated someone stole her dog from her vehicle, while she was inside the store. Officers responded to the scene, gathered all the information for the report and advised the caller. Report generated

2105 hours - Premise Check - 5200-5400 block of 85th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none of which were observed. No report   

2214 HOURS - PREMISE CHECK- 8400 BLOCK ANNAPOLIS RD - OFFICERS CHECKED THE AREA FOR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLES OR ACTIVITIES, NONE OF WHICH WERE OBSERVED. NO REPORT    

2300 hours - MPS - 6600 block Lamont Drive: The caller stated that he needs to talk to officers about her girlfriend driving a car intoxicated and he is not sure where she is. Officers responded to the location but the resident stated that no one called the police. Officers tried to call the caller but his phone went straight to voicemail. No report  

2359 hours - Music complaint - 5200 block 85th Avenue: The unknown caller stated that there is loud music coming from an unknown basement apartment. Officers responded to the location and did not hear anything in the building. No report 

0057 hours - Fight call - 5900 block 89th Place: The caller stated that there are two people fighting at the location. While officers were enroute, the caller called back and stated that they left the area. No report 

0133 hours - Accident - 5900 block of 89th Place: Unit-1 struck parked Unit-2 while backing up. Officers took the information from the driver and left that on the parked vehicle windshield because the owner was not answering the door. No report

0205 hours - Intoxicated male - 6400 block Fairborn Terrace: The caller stated that an extremely intoxicated male is knocking at his front door. Officers responded to the location and transported the guy to his residence. No report 

0240 hours - Premise check - 5800 block of 84th Avenue: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for the party house, parking violation or suspicious activities, none of which were observed. No report     

0302 hours - Music complaint - 7700 block Riverdale Road: The unknown caller stated that there is loud music coming from an unknown apartment. Officers responded to the location and observed people leaving from the building. The party shutdown as officers were parking their cruisers. No report 

0334 hours - Child custody dispute - 5300 block 85th Avenue: The caller stated that her boyfriend is not letting her take their one-month old baby with her. Officers responded to the location and discovered that none of the parents went to child custody court. Officers advised both parents and the caller end up taking the baby with her. No report  

0415 hours - Premise check - 5500 block of Karen Elaine Dr: Officers on patrol conducted a premise check of the area for suspicious persons or activities, none observed. No report      

0510 hours - Premise check - 7700 block Riverdale Road: Officers patrolled the parking lot for any possible criminal activity. No report

The victim was provided case numbers and advised to contact her insurance company. Officers spoke with the caller who stated his vehicle had been broken into. Officers gathered all information needed and generated a report.  Report Written 1028 Hours -Disorderly- 8500 Block of Annapolis Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for a disorderly male. Upon the officers' arrival, the male subject was GOA.  No Report 1134 Hours -Theft- 7700 Block of Riverdale Rd: Officers responded to the listed location for theft.
