WITNESS WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE THE TAG NUMBER OF A VEHICLE THAT HIT A PARKED
VEHICLE. OFFICERS CHECKED THE TAG AND IT CAME BACK REGISTERED TO AN ADDRESS A
COUPLE OF HOUSES AWAY. OFFICERS WENT TO THE LOCATION AND MADE CONTACT WITH THE
DRIVER OF THE STRIKING VEHICLE, AT WHICH TIME HE ADMITTED HE HEARD HE HIT
SOMETHING BUT DID NOT STOP. THE DRIVER WAS ASKED TO RETURN TO THE SCENE AND WAS
ISSUED MULTIPLE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS AND AN ACRS REPORT WAS GENERATED. REPORT

COMMUNICATIONS AT WHICH TIME IT WAS REVEALED THAT THE CALLERS VEHICLE WAS
REPOED BY HIS FINANCE COMPANY. CALLER WAS ADVISED. NO REPORT.

BLOCK ANNAPOLIS ROAD - WHILE OFFICERS WERE ON ROUTING PATROL, OFFICERS
OBSERVED A MALE SITTING IN FRONT OF THE LOCATION WHO WAS PREVIOUSLY
ADVISED OF LOITERING AND TRESPASSING POLICIES AT THE SAME LOCATION. OFFICERS
STOPPED THE SUBJECT, IDENTIFIED, AND CHECKED HIM FOR WANTS AND WARRANTS WHICH
YIELDED NEGATIVE RESULTS. OFFICERS ISSUED HIM A BAR NOTICE AND ADVISED HIM THAT
HE WAS NO LONGER ALLOWED TO COME BACK TO THE PROPERTY. OFFICERS ALSO ADVISED
THE SUBJECT THAT LOITERING IS NOT ALLOWED AT ANY T-A’S IN THE CITY. THE SUBJECT
