advised male opened a bag of chips in the store without paying for them.
Officers canvassed for the male with negative results. Caller was requesting

DOMESTIC- 7700 block Powhatan St.- Officers responded. Female half was upset
because she was not receiving enough support from the male half. Both were

1615 Hours-
FRAUD- 6000 block 88th PL.- Caller advised someone used their credit card to
buy food. Caller was not on scene. Officers attempted to contact caller via
phone with negative results. NO REPORT
1620 Hours-
THREAT COMPLAINT- 7300 block Longbranch- Officers responded. Caller believes
her child’s father new girlfriend is playing on her phone. The caller was
advised. NO REPORT
1715 Hours-Premise Check- 7500 block Goodluck Rd.-all clear.
1810 hrs., 7700 block
Riverdale Rd/ Landlord Tenant dispute, caller stated she wanted the woman
living with her to leave. Officers arrived and spoke to both parties, the
caller stated she gave notice for the tenant to leave on September 26th but she
has not left yet. The tenant stated she apologized to the landlord and
assumed she could stay. Both parties were advised of what action they
could take. No Report.
1835 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's (foot patrol), check clear.
1903 hrs.,
6400 block Fairborn Terr/ Loud music, caller stated there was loud music coming
from this location. Officers checked the area with no music or loud noise
heard. No Report.
1925 hrs.,
8400 block Annapolis Rd/ Dispute, caller stated the patron was being
argumentative about a nail service provided to them that was not to their
satisfaction. Officers talked to the patron, who stated the nails were
not done the way she wanted them done and she went to complain and the manager
refused to give her the money back. The Manager stated that they provided
the service and the patron left and then returned later to complain and get her
money back. It was finally agreed upon that the manager will fix the
patrons nails the way she wanted them done, both parties were satisfied.

Lowe's/ Fire alarm, call came out stating there was a fire alarm going off at
Lowe's. Officers responded to discover that fireboard was on scene
already and the alarm was accidental. No Report.
2002 hrs.,
8600 block of Annapolis Rd/ Accident, caller stated they and one other vehicle
were in a vehicle accident. One vehicle was drivable and the other
was disabled, no party claimed injury on scene. The disabled vehicle was
impounded and an accident report was written. Report written
2040 hrs.,
5800 block Runford St/ Disorderly, caller stated there were three men
standing in his yard and he did not know them. Officers arrived to locate
the males in the roadway. Officers spoke to the males when one of them
decided to start talking about things that were not there and began to run
around. Officers could smell the CDS emanating from the male.
Officers gave chase to the male, to insure his safety due to the odd behavior,
and finally detained the male several houses up the street. The male was
transported to the hospital for an evaluation of his mental condition.

7800 block Riverdale Rd/ Loud music and party, caller stated there was a loud
party with a DJ coming from this location. Officers located the party and
advised the leaseholder to shut the party down. After several minutes of arguments,
the party was finally shut down. All persons, except the lease holder
left the apartment. The crowd in the parking lot was dispersed and all
the vehicles blocking other vehicles were removed. Cpl. Hughes was notified
to speak with management for the complex on Monday about the incident. No

0158 hrs.,
8000 block Quinten St/ Loud party, caller stated there was a loud party
coming from this location. Officers checked and were able to locate the
music and spoke to the homeowner. The homeowner turned the music down and
was advised to move any vehicle that was in violation of the parking code for
the City of New Carrollton. No Report.

7700 block Fins Ln/ Assist Prince George's County Police, officers called for
assistance with the apprehension of a suspect and crowd control. The
incident was an assault with a knife and they were on foot chasing the
suspect. Once the suspect was detained a crown formed and officers
assisted with crowd control for officers to handle the incident. No
Report.
