1134 HOURS-Recovered Stolen Auto-7800 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a recovered stolen vehicle. Officers met with the caller who stated he attempted to report his vehicle stolen on 09/28/2020 and found the vehicle in the early hours of 09/29/2020 in the parking lot from where he thought it was stolen. The vehicle was not reported as stolen nor was it in N.C.I.C as such. The caller was advised. NO REPORT

1355 HOURS-Family Dispute-5400 block 85th Ave. - Officers responded to this location for a report of a family dispute. Officers spoke with the caller who stated he wanted information on how to obtain a protection order against his sister, as she is constantly attempting to have him arrested. The caller was advised on how to proceed. NO REPORT

1452 HOURS-Premise Check-5900 block Harland St.-Officers conducted a check of this location for any criminal activity. NO REPORT

1543 HOURS-Premise Check-7700 block Riverdale Rd.- Officers conducted a check of this location for any issues. NO REPORT

1610 HOURS-Disorderly-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of two females attempting to shoplift. Officers met with Loss Prevention and found that all items were recovered inside of the establishment. Loss Prevention and management decided to decline charges against the subjects and instead, trespassed them from the store. NO REPORT

1700 HOURS-Accident-8400 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers were advised that a caller wished to speak with an officer regarding an accident that occurred on 09/26/2020. The caller was contacted and it was found that the issue in question was civil in nature. The caller was advised to seek further assistance through the district courts. NO REPORT

1810 hrs., Premise Check/ Metro Points Hotel, check clear.

 

1822 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Theft, caller stated that while she had a moving company moving her belongings an item came up missing.  Caller stated that the male packing her things put items she did not want into a bag and believes they are in storage.  She was unable to check tonight but will check in the morning as well as contacting the male to assist in locating the bag.  No theft at this time until she can verify with the male.  No Report.

 

1906 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Vandalism and Theft, caller stated that several males came up to him and told him to stop.  The caller refused to stop and ran around the complex to avoid the males.  When he came back to his vehicle he saw that they had taken the bats and struck his vehicle several times, on the windshield, mirrors, and the tail lights, thus destroying the property.  Caller also stated he dropped his wallet and phone and believes the males picked them up and stole them.  Due to the lack of cooperation from the victim officers gathered as much information as they could for the report.  Report written

 

1922 hrs., 6000 block 89th Ave/ Dispute, caller stated he did not want the halfway house worker in the residence because he made him mad.  Due to them not getting along officers asked the worker to contact his supervisor and request the male be moved to another facility away from the worker.  For the night to keep peace the caller stated he would get his food and stay in his room for the night until the workers shift was over and he left.  No Report, civil matter.

2245 hrs., 8500 block Annapolis Rd/ Vandalism, while on patrol officers noticed a section of the wall at the garage with a spray paint drawing on it.  Officers could still smell the paint fumes and did not see the drawing earlier in the day.  Hotel staff was notified of the vandalism as well.  Report written

0055 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Unknown Trouble, caller stated someone was following her and no further information.  Officers located the female standing outside who stated she called for a cash UBER (not the standard UBER) due to her having no money, she was going to have her friend pay when she got to the location.  Caller stated when she told the driver that he got upset and grabbed her hair and attempted to push her out of the vehicle.  As officers began to ask questions the caller stated never mind she did not want anything done and we could leave.  Officers then noticed she went into another apartment than what she gave communications, upon seeing that and the fact that officers knew the apartment occupants to have vacated several months ago, we again contacted her for more questions.  After further investigation it was discovered the caller had several outstanding warrants.  The apartment was in deplorable conditions and information was passed on Cpl. Hughes for follow up.  Report written
