0630 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- Westbrook Dr / Lamont Dr- All clear

0700 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- 8400 block Annapolis Rd- Business as usual  

0741 Hours- 5800 block Oland Dr.- THEFT FROM AUTO- Male caller advised he noticed items missing from his vehicle. However, the caller didn’t know if the items went missing while his car was parked at the listed location or when he was in Clinton, MD. Caller was given case numbers. NO REPORT 

0750 Hours- SUSPICIOUS UNOCCUPIED VEHICLE- 8400 block Legation Rd- While on routine patrol officers noticed a vehicle with an impound sticker that had not been moved. Vehicle was impounded to Tino’s impound lot. REPORT WRITTEN

0850 Hours - 5400 block 85th Ave - FRAUD- Male caller advised someone used his ATM card in Hyattsville. The male was requesting case numbers which were provided. NO REPORT

0915 Hours -5400 block 85th Ave - DOMESTIC DISPUTE- Female caller advised her ex-boyfriend was outside her home as she was leaving for work. Female advised the male made his way into the home and refused to leave. Female provided a copy of an active Protective Order. The male was taken into custody. Search incident to arrested revealed the male was in possession of a large amount of marijuana. REPORT WRITTEN

1400 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- 7500 block Goodluck Rd- All clear nothing to report.

1436 Hours- DISORDERLY- 7600 block Fontainebleau Dr.-Officers responded. Male caller who is an employee of the property advised there was a male sleep on the third floor. Officers made contact with the male and escorted him off the property. NO REPORT

1500 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- 8100 block Annapolis Rd- Business as usual. 

1630 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- Longbranch Dr and surrounding areas- All clear nothing to report.

1700 Hours- PREMISE CHECK- 5200 block 85th Ave- All clear nothing to report.

1830 hrs., Premise Check/ 7-11, check clear.

 

1850 hrs., Premise Check/ Plaza 30, check clear.

 

1920 hrs., 8400 block of Annapolis Rd/ Traffic stop, stop conducted without incident, check clear.

 

1940 hrs., Premise Check/ Shops at New Carrollton, check clear.

 

2015 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Domestic Dispute, caller stated his girlfriend broke the windshield in his vehicle.  The caller stated to officers that she was he was leaving, we advised him to stay so we could assess the damage and record it.  Officers came back down and the caller left the area and refused to answer his phone when we called, several times.  The female half stated she found him texting other girls and got mad, but when she got mad he struck her.  Officers could find no injury on her and she again refused to cooperate with officers.  She was advised what she could do.  Report written

2210 hrs., School Check/ Charles Carroll Middle School, check clear.

 

2250 hrs., Good Luck Rd at Lamont Dr/ Traffic stop, officers conducted a traffic stop in this location.  The driver could not produce a valid driver’s license so upon running his information through NCIC, it was discovered he had a warrant out from the City of Rockville.  Officers were then advised the passenger had a warrant out as well through Prince George's County for Failing to Appear.  When officers conducted a search of the vehicle for impound purposes, large amount of CDS was recovered.  Both were transported to DOC.   Report written

 

0045 hrs., Premise Check/ Beckett Field and Hanko Building, check clear.

 

0114 hrs., Oliver St and Westbrook Dr. / Dispute, caller stated his daughter was outside acting up.  When officers arrived we located the female who stated she did not know why we were called there were people arguing but they left.  After several minutes, officers revealed we received names and when she was asked it matched.  She stated that she and her father were arguing about her mother leaving and he wanted to throw her out as well.  She was advised if that occurred what action she could take.  Officers were unable to speak to the caller due to his intoxication level.  No Report.
