Officers spoke with the victim who stated her residence was broken into via her unsecured bedroom window. The victim stated her laptop bag and the contents were taken from her bedroom. The victim was provided with case numbers and provided with further security options to prevent further incidents. NCPD CID and NCPD 4 were notified of this incident. REPORT WRITTEN 

1247 HOURS-Unauthorized Use of Vehicle-5900 block Mentana St.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a stolen auto. Officers spoke with the caller and found the vehicle was allowed to be used and the vehicle was not returned. The caller was advised to seek assistance through the district courts. NO REPORT

1318 HOURS-Hold-Up-Alarm-8300 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a hold-up alarm. Officers spoke with management and found that the alarm was activated accidentally. NO REPORT 

1425 HOURS-Check Welfare-5400 block 85th Ave.- Officers responded to this location for a report of check welfare. Officers spoke with the caller who stated she wanted to know the process of getting an emergency petition filed. The caller was advised that while the person did not meet our criteria, a petition could be filed through the court commissioner. NO REPORT

1649 HOURS-Unknown Trouble-5300 block 85th Ave- Officers responded to this location for a report of an unknown trouble with what sounding like arguing in the background. Officers made contact with a drunk male who became extremely uncooperative and refused all police and emergency services. NO REPORT 

1730 HOURS-Disorderly-8300 block Annapolis Rd.- Officers responded to this location for a report of a vehicle parked in front of a pump for two hours with a flat tire. Officers made contact with the owner of the vehicle who moved the vehicle upon request. NO REPORT

1934 hrs. Breaking and Entering. 5500 block Riverdale Rd. Officer responded to the listed location for a male subject who shattered a balcony glass and entered a residence. Once on scene officers made contact with a male subject inside of the residence. The male subject lived at the residence a stated he accidentally shattered the glass trying to wake up his family member sleeping no B&E. NO REPORT

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
