1800 hrs. Fraud Report 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr. Officers responded to the listed location for a fraud report. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated while he was at George Mason University he received a scam call from Uber support. The caller stated the person on the phone asked questions that were normally asked by the Uber support representative. The caller then stated he noticed that money from his Uber account was missing and had been given in a direct payment method to an unknown person claiming to be him. Officers advised that the incident occurred outside of our jurisdiction and that the incident was only within Uber and never affected his personal accounts. The caller was instructed to contact Uber to rectify the issue. NO REPORT

2253 hrs. Suspicious Person 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Lowe’s- Officers responded to the listed location for a male subject who knocked on the glass stating he was a new hire. The night manager stated he was notified of new hire and was suspicious of the male subject because he holding a screwdriver in his hand as well. The manager stated after he told the male subject that he wasn’t expecting anyone the male subject walked off. NO REPORT

2330 hrs. Family Dispute 8500 block Carrollton Pkwy. Officers responded to the listed location for a family dispute. Once on scene officers made contact with the caller who stated her niece had friends over in the house that she wanted to leave. The caller's niece stated she resides at the home and should be allowed to have friends over if she wants. The caller stated that her niece is only 18 years of age. Officers advised the caller that the young lady is an adult and that she also had permission from her grandmother who is the actual homeowner of the residence to have friends over. NO REPORT

0220 hrs. Loud Music Complaint 7700 block Riverdale Rd. Officers responded to the listed location for loud music. Officers made contact with the residence playing the music and the resident turned the music off. NO REPORT

  0630 hrs., Premise check/ Shoppers Food (Foot Patrol), check clear.   0645 hrs., Premise check/ Lowe's, check clear.   0700 hrs., 8000 block Powhattan St/ Suspicious persons, caller stated there was a person sleeping inside of a vehicle parked in front of their residence.  Officers located the vehicle and the persons inside sleeping.  Officers checked the individuals and the vehicle and observed nothing illegal at this time.  The individuals were advised and sent on their way.  Report written   0745 hrs., Premise check/ 7-11, check clear.   0821 hrs., 7600 block Fountainbleau Dr/ 911 Hang-up, communications stated there was a call from this address but prior to getting any information the phone hung up.  On callback communications stated there was no answer, only a prerecorded message.  Officers checked the rental office and it was locked and secure with no one inside.  No Report.   0847 hrs., 86...
