THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE OF AN ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE. THE DRIVER OF THE ALLEGED STRIKING VEHICLE COULD NOT BE LOCATED, THEREFORE THE INSURANCE INFORMATION ON THE VEHICLE WAS PROVIDED TO THE CALLER, SHE WAS ADVISED.

observed they had pies in their possession. The Caller advised there was no
property damage or tampering at their residence. The Juveniles advised they
were playing a prank on random house’s throwing pies at whoever opened the
door. The Juveniles were released to their parents. REPORT WRITTEN

someone allowed their dog to relieve themselves in their front yard and did not
clean it up. Officers canvassed the area looking for the suspected individual,

hours- Theft from Auto- 7700 block Riverdale Road: The caller advised someone
broke into his vehicle on August 27, 2020, and stole tools from his vehicle.
The caller stated he never called Police services to make a report. The caller
left the premises, returned today and he only wanted the case numbers. The

Nystrom Street: Communications advised an alarm is coming from this location.
Communications were notified by the homeowner that they were not present at the
house. Officers checked all windows and exterior doors which were all secure.
Officers made contact with a family member inside the residence who stated
they forgot the passcode to deactivate the alarm. (No report).

Oliver Street: Communications advised Howard County Police requested New
Carrollton Police to check if the registered owner of a disabled vehicle in
Ellicott City was home. Officers made several attempts to make contact with the
homeowner, with no results.
0607 hours- Fight- 7700 block Topton Street: Communications advised 20-30 people were fighting outside. Officers arrived and observed nobody outside or leaving the area. (No report)
