 0615 Hours- Accident- 8000 block Legation Rd. Caller advised a male struck two of their vehicles that were parked on the street. Officers made contact with the driver and found him to be intoxicated. The male was taken into custody and transported to MSP for further processing. The arrestee’s vehicle was impounded to Tino’s Towing. REPORT WRITTEN

0900 Hours- Theft- 8200 block Annapolis Rd. Female caller who is the manager at CVS advised a female came into the store and opened a pack of candy without paying for the item.  The caller advised she didn’t want the female to return to the store again. The female was located and barred from the store. NO REPORT

1020 Hours- Missing Person-  7600 block Fontainebleau Dr. Female caller advised her 15 year old granddaughter left the home around 2230 hours on 09/18/20 and did not return. The caller advised the missing did not have permission to leave the home and this is not the first time this has happen. PGPD and NC4 notified. REPORT WRITTEN

1140 Hours- Hit and Run- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Female caller advised she noticed damage to her vehicle when she came out of the store. However, she could not verify when or where the damage occurred. NO REPORT

1145 Hours- Vehicle Release- NCPD station. Dispatch advised there was a citizen at the station trying to obtain a vehicle release. The citizen was assisted.

1230 Hours- Premise Check- Robert Frost Elementary. All clear

1320 Hours- Disorderly- 8100 block Annapolis Rd. Female caller advised she was having her vehicle serviced at Darcars and they were refusing to release her vehicle. After making contact with management it was discovered that the vehicle had not been put back together yet. The caller was advised. NO REPORT

1430 Hours - Premise Check- 8400 block Annapolis Rd. Business as usual 

1530 Hours- Family Dispute - 5400 block 85th Ave. Male caller advised that he and his wife purchased a vehicle in his wife’s name. The caller wanted information on the process of having the vehicle placed in his name. NO REPORT

1735 Hours-Premise Check-Metro Points Hotel all clear.

1900 hrs., 8200 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Loud Music, caller stated there was loud music coming from this area.  Officers located the music and asked the homeowner to turn the radio down, they did with no issues.  No Report.

 

1920 hrs., 6400 block Fairborn Terr/ Loud music, caller there was loud music coming from this area.  Officers located the music and asked the homeowner to turn the radio down, they did with no issues.  No Report.

 

1940 hrs., 5300 block 85th Ave/ Disorderly, caller stated there were several males sitting in the hallway smoking and drinking.  Officers checked the area and there were no persons in the building.  No Report.

 

2005 hrs., Premise Check/ Beckett Field, check clear.

 

2031 hrs., 8500 block of Madison St/ Loud Party, officers, while on patrol located a party with loud music.  Officers spoke to the homeowner who turned the music down without issues.  No Report.

 

2055 hrs., 86th Ct and 86th Ave/ Check on the welfare, officers were flagged down and advised there was a naked male running between houses.  Officers checked the area with nothing found.  No Report.

2203 hrs., 7700 block Riverdale Rd/ Domestic Dispute, caller stated his wife was trying to leave with their children.  Officers arrived and spoke to the caller, who was intoxicated and stated he was upset his wife was leaving with their children.  The caller's wife stated she was tired of the caller being drunk all the time and wanted to leave for a break.  The caller and his wife decided while officers were there to make up and try again in the morning when sober.  No Report.

0005 hrs., 8400 block Carrollton Pkwy/ Loud music complaint, caller stated there was loud music coming from this location.  Officers heard the music and spoke to the owners.  They were advised to turn the music down and they did with no issues.  No Report.

 

0034 hrs., 5500 block Karen Elaine Dr/ Disorderly, caller stated there was someone in his house he asked to leave and they would not.  Officers arrived and while walking into the building they located the male walking out.  The male stated he was upset about something someone said at the location so he decided to leave.  No Report.

0334 hrs., 5800 block of 84th Ave/ Parking complaint, several citations were issued in this location for parking violations due to an illegal party taking place.  Officers located the party and the owner was stopped outside and advised to shut the party down.  According to people who left the party that we stopped and talked to, there were over 40 people inside.  Officers spoke to the owner who stated he had four children under the age of 16 living at the location at the same time as the party was being conducted.  Officers advised the owner there will be sanctions to follow after we speak to Child Services about the welfare of the children in that environment.  Report written
